What has happened to customer service? I have had trouble in the past at Kroger on E. Washington St. and I vow everytime I go there I won't go back. Sometimes I'm in a pinch for time and I do like to go to Kroger, So I bite the bullit and go only to be reminded why I Hate This Kroger. Today I asked a young man in the dairy dept. If he would check to see if there was some vanilla Carbmaster in the back for me. I could tell he was reluctant but he went and came back. I had to ask if he found any and his response was... there is a pallet back there and I didn't see any on the outside and I'm not looking any further. My sarcastic self I said "Thank you very much" and he said you're welcome. I told him it wasn't a compliment. He was to stupid to even get that. I mean really, isnt it his job to look? Why do they ask, Did you find everything you need? Trust me when I was asked that at the checkout they heard an earful. I'm sure it didn't do any good. Why didn't he just come back and lie. No I'm sorry we dont have any more. Lol at least I would have thought he had done his job. Ok I'm done venting. KROGER ON EAST WASHINGTON ST BY THE MALL WORST STORE EVER. just my opinion
