the worst grocery store on the Westside. never any carts unless you work there and are restocking. never any registers open. at leastv30 mins wait in line. worst doesn't seem like anyone who works there cares.

There are NEVER any carts in the store. It is dirty, the meat dept. smells like old fish. The fruit and vegetables are old and should be in the trash. brown spots on cauliflower, limp celery and broccoli stalks. It took us over 30 minutes to check out. Never returning to Kroger.

I'm very disappointed with this Kroger today. I am a regular weekly customer and today my pick up order was messed up! first they had almost nothing I ordered almost half my order which okay I can get over. What I MAD about is they gave me the wrong pick up order and tell me I have to come back tomorrow because their customer service closed!! WOW!! I won't be shopping there NO MORE! We spend big $$$$ there!

I'm very disappointed you as a Kroger store and wouldn't recommend you for throwing away trash! You weren't willing to help my blind friend Thomas today. All he wanted as for someone to assist him in finding food items he needed to make supper for his lovely wife Tonia!
The coupon system is meesed up. We offer the coupons to the clerk before they scan our items but they do not take them . After all the items are scanned the clerk scans the coupons . The system does not recognize half the matching items we purchased. So we are forced to dig though all the bags to prove we bought the items. Which we do . In the mean time the line at the till is backed up and 10 minutes are wasted. Why give out coupons if your system does not work? it's a pain for both the customer and your employees.

This police working security inside Kroger in Crawfordsville Road in Indianapolis is not wearing a mask. This goes against Kroger policy and more importantly Marion County who requires mask. Also a lot of employees wear their mask only covering their chins.

One of the largest Kroger’s in the vicinity. Better meat selection than most Kroger’s and more variety of choices of every item. Stocking is sketchy and often no prices on the shelf. Avoid the office. Checkout can be an ordeal—not enough cashiers. Careful in the parking lot. I don’t like this store, but the selection and proximity keep me coming back.

I don’t recommend their bakery! I ordered a cupcake cake for my sons 6th birthday over 2 weeks ago, they called me less than 2hrs before i was supposed to pick the cake up to tell me they have to cancel my order. So i asked could I at least retrieve the Mario kit since it was the last one I was told yes......i get there to at least pick that up....THEY CANT FIND IT!!! Extremely disappointed

The store needs to quit rearranging the aisles and it needs some heating in the winter. They have good food with mostly decent prices but the owners need to stop trying to cheap out.
