This Kroger almost always has issues with having things in stock. 3 days ago i came here for cilantro and it was out of stock which i was upset about. Today I decided to go in and give them another chance to have it in stock and low, and behold, It is still not stocked up, nor the produce around it. Even the red Baron cheese pizza I came in the store for was also out of stock. Their produce area almost ALWAYS looks like the picture that I am posting. This location needs to be under fire for this issue, NOT A GOOD LOOK.

This store is being remodeled/changed. Everything I needed was there, the app just couldn't tell me where to find it. If you have time to search, have a fun adventure. Road construction is NEVER DONE!

Someone else had a card issue, whole team started screaming at me to turn around and pay while I had my receipt in my hand. Not pleased to be profiled & targeted like this, will not be returning.

Well, the fire alarm went off this time. I was there last time. I was there. The power was out time before that power was out on top of all the construction on Emerson in front of the store. And then you consider the way most people on the road drive like idiots. It's been a mess there

There was absolutely NO reason why you rearranged everything inside the store!!! No reason whatsoever!!! You only accomplished nothing except for pissing off the customers!!! We can't find anything that we usually purchase anymore ??????? Whoever thought that this rearrangement was necessary should be fired!!!

Clean and well stocked. Love using the Kroger app for my grocery list and to find things in the store!UPDATE: I'm very glad they have more staffed lanes again! I don't mind using self-checkout for a few items, but when I shop for a week or more, there just isn't enough room!4/7/24 ~ UPDATE: I will be glad when they are finished rearranging the store!

The new changes they have made to the store are crazy. Nothing is convenient. Products that should be next to each other are now on opposite sides of the store. Customers are bumping into each other while they blindly walking around trying to figure out the madness. I have been a loyal customer for many years but I will never go to Kroger again

It used to be great but it has gone so far down hill I do t know it can revover. They never have enough cashiers, half the self checkouts are inop, you are better pushing a cart into the store with you or there might not be any. I only shop here out of shear convenience. Other than that, I go to Meijer

I am a loyal customer of Kroger's. However, some products are hardly ever stocked so they don't show to management as a good seller - as a result they clearance the product and it's never seen again. Otherwise I won't shop elsewhere unless it's a product I need because Kroger's has stopped selling it
