while people seem to be review bombing over support in the Isreal v Palestine conflict which seems to be the hottest button in the world right now, my review is about the food, service, staff and atmosphere. The service is top notch, drinks on the tables in less than a minute and food out in less than 10 minutes, mind you we sat at a bar table that the bartenders take care of on top of serving the entire bar rail, they still got drinks out lighting fast and checked on us several times. the burgers were HUGE and delicious, and the fries were perfect. The selection of beers on tap were great and uncommon to find at other bars. the atmosphere was great, loved the music and it was just loud enough to vibe to while still being able to have an audible conversation. The staff was very accommodating and the hostess had a table cleaned off for us immediately, she and the bar staff were great! They have an open kitchen and it looks like the cooks enjoy what they do and have fun with it, which is nice to see and not very common. We will definitely be back next time we're in town.
Confirmed to be run by antisemitic bigots who can't help but ram their political views into business.
You know why you deserve this negative review.
the food was decent, but the atmosphere is unwelcoming and the staff are rude and narcissistic. you can smell the antisemitism over the burgers when you walk in the door.
Tonight was the first time we've been. The food was fantastic. The staff was incredible. The atmosphere was great. We will absolutely be back.
I don’t know where to start. Originally we were going to Yaso’s in Fountain Square but when we saw Kuma’s we decided to take a detour. OMGoodness! Were we in for an unexpected treat! First of all before I get into it let me tell you that the portions her ain’t no punk! Good gracious they are huge as you can probably tell from the photos!
Anyway, first up was the Y.O.B burger. Was really surprised at how good the garlic aioli fit with this burger. Roasted red Pepper had this thang poppin’ with flavor. Opted for the frizzled onions vs regular. What a great decision. Then there was the Mac n’ cheese!
??♂️ listen, we put chicken and jalapeños in this and that just put me into a food coma with the already five cheese flavors that it comes with. Sooooo good! Then there’s this bowl of chili. Had to be a pound of ground beef with onions, tomatoes , beans and Monterey Jack cheese. Beware!? This is a meat lovers chili. All meat and vegetables no juice to suck down! Then to wash it all down we had a Cap n’ Apple cocktail and Pumpkin ale beer. Shot out to Brooklyn. Best ever!
If you’re hungry, in fountain square and just happen to be a Metal Head. Come to Kuma’s and check em’ out!

Amazing burgers that I first discovered at the Chicago location. Mac and cheese is also surprisingly delicious.

This place is awesome! Quite possibly the best hamburger I've ever had! I highly recommend the Metallica burger! The atmosphere is more geared towards metal heads with the decor and music, but not so much that I wouldn't feel comfortable taking a client to dinner here! The staff is super helpful and polite! I would give 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back soon!!!

Definitely skip this place. $40+ for two barely edible black bean burgers on dry, stale buns was bad enough, but it’s the absolutely terrible customer service that makes this place so unpleasant. You can get a better burger and better service literally anywhere else.
