Nothing went right here. On arrival was told 1 hour wait and she made sure at least 1 hour I had to go up and ask her how much longer and she said due to staffing everyone weights 1 hour or more regardless if tables are available. After seater took another 45 min to get food and very slow to get refills. Hair in hamburger found awful. Fries were soggy and they are not fresh to order I saw them sitting in the fryer. Chips tasteless. Red onion sliced so thick could not eat it. No silverware or napkins offered. No one cleaning table when customers left. Bathrooms were FILTHY like really bad. Wont be back spent 150 you can eat better elsewhere and have a CLEANER experience.

Kuma's is great! Good and creative traditional burger options, and solid vegetarian substitutes too. If you're a vegetarian AND you want to eat until you feel like you're going to explode; this is the place for you. Good mocktail/non-alcoholic drink options too!

Waited an hour on food when it was not busy. Don’t ask for ad ons such as lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles unless you want to get charged a 1$ each

hi person

Ordered fried pickles, probably the best we have ever had! Great fries too! Paid extra $1 to try different sauces. The sandwich was good but I did not care for the bread choices. I wish I could have had my chicken in a lettuce wrap. Great that they have a parking lot across the street.

Just not what I'm looking for in a burger spot, but my friend loves it.Heavy metal themed burger joint in Fountain Square. They do play music, but its easy to understand everyone in your party. Some folks may not care for the decor. The server was on point with refilling drinks, which is a huge plus for me. Condiments were very hard to get enough of. One small ramekin of ketchup is never adequate for a burger and its fries. They have some different/fun burger offerings that are each named for bands that will reach cost you ~$20 and come with fries or chips. The fries are pretty basic but have no extra personality. Friends said the chips were good.Burgers come on pretzel buns. I Always think that a toasted bun is better. They do not toast their buns.Biggest complaint is that the burgers were not cooked correctly. They only offer medium or well done. I ordered medium, and it was cooked all the way through. No juiciness at all. Not burnt by any means but definitely not medium.I would not go back on my own, but I get why my friend likes it.Parking: They own a parking lot across the street, and there is already street parking.

Good portion sizes and good selection of beers. We're in! Service was a bit slow but hey that's the new trend!
