Ordered a super burrito they say is as big as your head. That's because there is a head of lettuce inside but not much else. After I pulled out a handful of the lettuce the burrito looks like a long taquito. The pic is after I pulled off a bunch of the tortilla which is a double wrap it with to make it bigger, and a bunch of the lettuce. This is not worth $12 The second picture is a $4 taco that I bought that's not worth that because it looks like it is tiny . And lastly the pork taste g.ross. I am so sick of getting shitty food in restaurants and they expect you to pay for it. Will not be back.

This is easily the worst food and the worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered one 2 taco 1 quesadilla combo, a burrito and chips and cheese. All of the tacos had different meat and were covered in bagged shredded lettuce. There was no quesadilla and no chips and cheese. The burrito wasn't even edible. I called back to ask for a refund and was instructed to come back to the store. I could not because I live 20 minutes away and I was on my lunchbreak. I was then told to call back today. I called this morning and the person insisted I bring the food back even though I tried to tell him that it was purchased yesterday and had been thrown away. He was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. I could not seem to get my point across that the food had been thrown away/ was missing. I have no idea how this place is still open. Horrible food. Even worse customer service!!

I like this restaurant. The place is clean and organized. The services is quick and friendly. Now, I have only purchased one item from La Bamba, but I've bought the same item during each visit! There is a lot to be said about consistency, and they seem to have mastered this technique. Worth stopping by and having a bite to eat here.

I started enjoying this restaurant when I attended Purdue University back in the very early 1990's. I immediately fell in love with their steak burritos and their hot sauce. For the next several years after that I enjoyed La Bamba quite often. Especially the old Broad Ripple location and the store on Michigan road. Unfortunately, pretty much all those locations that I used to enjoy have now closed. I actually thought I had lost La Bamba forever. But recently a friend and I were reminiscing about our love for La Bamba. For whatever reason I did a quick Google search and realized that there was a location still open on Lafayette road!! I was so excited learning this. So I went there as soon as I could and it did not disappoint one bit!!!! I ordered my old favorite steak burrito and it was still as delicious as I remembered. I've since been there a dozen times in the last few months even though the restaurant is over a half an hour away from where I live. I didn't care! I drove 35 minutes one way and brought a cooler to but my hot burritos in so my wife and I could enjoy them at home. The staff is very friendly and get your order out fast. Now the building is old and a little run down, but at least it's clean. That's why the three stars on atmosphere. So if you used to love this place and thought it was gone forever like me, well you're in luck!!! Go enjoy a burrito as big as your head!!!!

This place was okay. I got the mini burrito and it was plenty for me! I do think the tacos looked better than the burrito ended up being.
