Bad service, they charge the tip even though the waitress never came to ask if we needed anything. Terrible service when you go to the cashier to pay and they charge you an extra tip. Be careful. The food is terrible and it is not given. Apparently it is getting worse every day. At least I won't come back. Customers should complain more, maybe they'll try to have better service because you want to eat something different from your country and they come up with these things. If they don't want to serve the customer well or give better service They better close their restaurant and that's it ✅️

Bad service aside, they charge you the tip when paying and they shouldn't do it, it's optional, how are you going to tip the waitresses if they don't even come and ask you if you need anything. The food is terrible, reheated, horrible, and it's not cheap. These people should have more consideration when serving food because you are not going to order for free.

Excellent option for Salvadoran food, ? only that it takes a little time for the food to arrive but it is worth the wait, the fruit smoothies are very delicious, if you do not consume sugar you have to tell the person serving you that they put less sugar, in Overall very good food, very delicious melon water and pupusas

Apart from being expensive, they charge you for a sauce, it is assumed that when it is to go they put sauce ahh here they charge for it, they don't put it, very stingy

I want to update my previous review to thank the management for addressing the issues I previously experienced. My last two visits have been wonderful, and as always, the food was delicious.
I'm particularly pleased that I can now call in my order and speak with someone who understands and speaks English, which has made the process much smoother. The improvements in customer service are noticeable and much appreciated. Thank you for taking the necessary steps to enhance the dining experience for your customers.
