The young chick is unprofessional who worked the front, they charge way too much for queso & the food was horrible and didn’t have any seasoning.. way too bland and you can call in 30 mins ahead of time and they still won’t be ready by time u get there.

There are some products that I love from Macdonald
This is not a real Mexican authentic food, I order birria tacos and instead they gave me this and the taco meat isn’t good and the tortilla were too hard, look at the difference down here in the pictures, please don’t call your self a Mexican restaurant if yall don’t actually serve real authentic food.

This use to be the place we would always go to dinner at but I came in yesterday and it has totally changed. They have new servers, who have no ideal of how to get food out. The staff does not communicate with each other nor you, it was so chaotic. Never coming back again, love the food but not worth the hassle. The crazy thing about it was, it was barely anyone in there, and that should have been my clue, for they stay busy. Even with the small amount of people, service was still super slow.

I have been there with excellent service and food. Today service was the worst. First of all he took forever to get to our table, food came out no tortillas, no sour cream, no napkins, he forgot the taquitos then came back with semi fried taquitos. Food was cold by the time we got tortillas and he never once came by to refill drinks or anything else. Not sure whether I’ll go back or not food is too expensive to have a bad experience. Also the order of tacos de carne asada with onion and cream also had cilantro which we ask to leave off not to mention the salsa with the Togo food looked like it came from someone’s dish.

I think that was the fastest service I’ve ever had at a non-fast-food restaurant. Our minds were blown, the food was great, and the waitress was so sweet! Perfect, and just what we needed ?

The enchilada and burrito (#8 lunch special) had nothing but the same bland beef filling in them. The burrito was coated in the same red sauce as the enchilada. It was extremely bland and the quality was far lower than expected. I would not eat at the restaurant again because of the food being so disappointing, but the service was even worse. The restaurant was far from busy and yet our server just disappeared. She checked on us to ask if we wanted "to go" boxes and to hand us our bill. She never even realized my food was not a burrito and enchilada and was instead the exact same thing but the burrito was in a larger flour tortilla than the enchilada. One person at our table was served a steak, chicken and shrimp fajita mix when she ordered shrimp fajitas. The only thing that was tasty was the queso blanco. We ordered it as an appetizer and the server didn't even bother to bring it to us until our meals came. Why would we want to wait for our dip when it's meant to be an appetizer? I did pour the remaining queso on my leftovers to give them SOME flavor if anyone in my house decides they are desperate enough to eat my leftovers. I won't be eating them. Overall, it was extremely unimpressive, bland and the service was extremely lacking. Other La Haciendas may be fine but this location was not good.
Parking: The parking lot for the strip mall had plenty of parking when we were there around 1:00 PM on a Monday.

They are always friendly and the portion sizes are great for the price. My husband loves going there and always suggests it when we don't have other dining plans.
