I had a chance to stop at labadee House, it was a great experience, goat is ? that legumes was delicious, and of course cool respectful guys, can't wait to visit you guys again.
Great, authentic Haitian food experience and friendly chef and owner. We tried as much as we could on the menu: goat, legumes, whole fish, pikliz and fried plantains. All were great. My girlfriend asked the chef to have the fish stewed instead of fried, she accommodated the request and it was excellent. The legumes and pikliz were my favorite items. I stopped in for a late lunch and the place was empty except for the staff. I like Caribbean food but their choices were new to me. The cashier was helpful in making recommendations. I ordered fish and she warned me it was a whole fish. It was tasty but pricey and really too much for lunch. They really need a separate lunch menu with smaller servings at lower prices. I will return occasionally but only for dinner unless they fix the menu.
