Three Marias Mexican Food Truck attended an event at our office on the HOTTEST day of the year and helped feed 200 + guests! These guys did an awesome job under extreme temperatures and did what they said they would do and showed up when others wouldn't! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down the Best Quesa Birria in Indianapolis!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this spot absolutely deserves it. The quesa birria here is the best I’ve had in Indianapolis—perfectly crispy tortillas, juicy and flavorful meat, and the consommé? Unmatched. You can tell they care about quality because everything from the meat to the cheese blend is spot-on.
Their assortment is solid too—plenty of options, and everything we tried tasted...
Just some pics I managed to snap after I ate. I haven’t found any Mexican food that satisfies my Texas raised heart until I had this food truck. Some of the best food I’ve had. Can’t wait to eat from them again!!!
