The server was very nice but the wait for our food was very long considering we were the only people there. The coffee was very good but the food was bland. My husband complained there was absolutely no seasoning on the eggs or hash browns, and our children who love pancakes found them to be very tasteless here. I ordered the oatmeal, which was only ok. I expected at a restaurant that is so well reviewed to get something with steel cut or rolled oats, not a basic packaged instant.
Great food and a lot of it, huge selection, pricey but it is the city, atmosphere is basic, but it is a great retreat with comfort food with flare. Clean bathrooms and large bathrooms however I would suggest to the management to get rid of the bathroom sink nozzles that spray everywhere.
