Happy Easter Day!!! Lucy was so lovely with a very warm, inviting spirit she brings to her work. The Shakahuka, cinnamon apple waffles, road warrior, funny face pancake were all delicious as well as the hot and cold lattes.

Service was very nice and efficient. Food was worse than mediocre- spent $55 on a breakfast that was bland and poorly made. I had avocado toast - thinnest layer of "avocado spread" no real avocado - unseasoned eggs over easy and some limp fruit. Inedible. @4 cherry tomatoes with no taste. $16 Husband had an omelet with uncooked green peppers - asked for crispy hash browns - they were limp. Two good things - fresh OJ was fresh and tasty - server was pleasant and efficient and we tipped accordingly to her service not to the poor quality of the meal But will never go here again

Food was below standards. The service by the 1st waiter was horrible. After we switched tables the young waiter was pleasant and attentive to our table.

This place is average when it comes to breakfast. I ordered the avocado toast, and the bagel it came on was very soggy. Not worth $15 at all. The espresso martini is delicious however! Service was pretty good. I would come here again but maybe order something different.

Sever showed rude racist behavior tours only black people in the restaurant and barley made I contact and started taking about customers order then brought my refill with the bill. I love le peep but not this

Nice staff, clean open layout. Chicken and waffles was a joke though with three anemic little strips of chicken. Not exactly the “speciality” we were expecting.

The server did not check back with me once I got my food...I had to flag down another server to get a refill on my water. I had seen other tables with a party of one get left a whole carafe of water...I had asked for extra butter for my pancakes, and got 2 small scoops, the pancakes were big, but they were dry.....my eggs were cold....my original server said that he would bring me more water....that never happened....the restaurant was not busy, so the server was not overwhelmed.....the second time the server checked back in with me was when he presented me with the check...the server finally asked if everything was good.....when I was just sitting at the table, waiting for the server to come back with a carry out box.....as an aside, when I went to the le peep website to leave feedback, the website limits the amount of characters you can use.....I had to send the review 4 different times....based on the experience I had here, I would not recommend

The lady who seated me was "fake" pleasant upon my arrival and intentionally seated me at a table where the floor had not been swept, with large food crumbs around and underneath the table. The waitress was friendly and helpful with selecting the two menu items I was interested in ordering. My second choice, I ordered to go and was disappointed with the meal the next morning. Perhaps it would have been tastier the same day. The playlist was definitely specific to the area. Not diverse. The waitress automatically retained a $2.00 tip out of the change I asked for, which was interesting due to the fact my intention was to leave her a $10.00 tip; which I did. Profiling and stereotyping. I will not be returning to this location.
