Carlos Salazar's, local extremely talented Indy Chef's, latest spot. Lil Dumplings Noodle Bar inside of the Garage Food Hall offers explosions of flavor with casual bites. This week I tried the veg dumplings with chili crunch which was for sure fire. But also had some heat! Their menu items are creative and delicious. Quick easy bite before a movie at the LivingRoom or for a easy lunch.

Food is good here, but I came today to get some ramen and found a hair in my food before I had even started eating. Told the staff and they got upset with ME. No hairnets or hats in sight and one of the guys even called me a baby. Was going to have them remake it but then I got a refund. Absolutely disgusting and horrible customer service.

Incredibly high salt content, noodles tasted low-quality especially for price

I always try and look at reviews on Yelp before trying new places and I guess I failed on this one. I wanted ramen so bad and knew this place was in the Garage so I was excited to try. I ordered the Dan Dan noodles and they were just so average. Oily like others have commented, you can see them making the food fresh but somehow it still tasted old? The chicken in one of the ramens we ordered was inedible the chunks were so big and chewy. And $18 later, I was pretty disappointed in my meal.

Pork Dumplings were outstanding. Dan Dan noodles were excellent as well. It's in the garage food hall and one of the best choices here!

My husband and I visited Lil Dumplings Noodle Bar last month! I can’t remember the name of the noodles specifically, but they were like a chili oil kind. The dumplings were amazing! I thought the team member working was professional and courteous. The location is perfect in The Garage Food Hall! I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you, Lil Dumplings Noodle Bar!

I really wanted to like this place, but just like most reviewers, I found the dish to be way too salty. I had the chilli crisp noodles with pork belly and 2 eggs. You can tell there is potential for good flavor, but unfortunately the salt just drowns out everything else. Thankfully the eggs helped tone down the salt a bit to make it more tolerable. The pork belly had great flavor. The noodles had an okay texture but nothing special.

These reviews are wrong. This place is phenomenal. I’ve traveled on hour just to have them multiple times. These are the best noodles in the city.

$25 for "triple ginger" chicken ramen, replaced chicken with pork belly(got upcharged instead of substitution and kimchi. The kimchi was vegetables soaked in vinegar instead of fermented and had zero spice. It simply was not kimchi. The pork belly was cooked dry and tough like overcooked bacon. The broth tasted like bouillon and no ginger flavor.Noodles were okay, but I've never had bad noodles anywhere. And the only toppings were scallions.Even if this was the greatest ramen I've ever had, $25 would never justify. Some noodles and fake broth. Not even a soft boiled egg.

Service was so incredibly rude it made me not want to eat there. I asked a simple clarifying question about the menu and was met with snark and told (in a very rude way, believe me) that I could look at the menu to answer ALL my questions. Basically, "Don't talk to me." It wasn't like there was a crowd or they were super busy. I probably would have understood then. But it was literally just me standing there, no one else around. Then when I asked if I could get it to-go, I got an eye roll. I said "sorry" because this guy genuinely seemed like I put him out of his way, and I got a snarky "it's fine" in return. As I was standing there waiting for my food, I literally heard him respond to a customer asking how he was, "I'm surviving." So rude, I've never seen anything like it. AND THEN I went to eat my food. Started with the Steam Bun which smelled awesome. Tasted good too... but after a couple bites unfortunately I found a hair in it. The Chili Crunch noodles were good. I was just visiting town, so will probably not ever be back (thankfully). Would definitely give another restaurant in the hall my money over this place.

Ordering was quick and easy but getting the food took 20 mins. My chili crisp noodles didn't have a protein so I thought it would be quick. There are only so many dishes they can make at once and my order got lumped in with people that ordered at least 10 mins after me. Noodles were good but not worth the price. I wish it had some sort of veg to go with it.
