I was there for breakfast 7/31/2025. I sat on the patio. It was nice and comfortable. Service at this time was quick & efficient. I mostly go for the breakfast mimosas (I didn't have on this day)

The best breakfast in the city in all honesty. Foods always fresh and man is it good. Their biscuits and gravy is the bomb and the portion sizes are well worth the price you pay. Love this little location man

Though they don’t take reservations, if you have a group, simply arrive a bit earlier than your group and they will very sweetly accommodate you as much as possible. The staff was so kind and our food was super yummy. It was the perfect place to have our brunch gathering.

I have visited Lincoln square in the past, not had any issues with the Greenfield location.
Both times I have visited the Irvington location approximately two years apart the quality of food and service has been terrible. The people standing around talking instead of refilling drinks or seeing if everything is good is unacceptable! The restaurant wasn’t crowded at all for breakfast and I see why from the quality of food I was presented with on 6/7/25.

The food is always good here and the staff is very friendly. Caroline especially is friendly and welcoming. She remembers our names and our usual orders.

First time going to the Lincoln Square Pancake House in Irvington. They always seem busy, so I knew they would be good. The food was amazing and we received it quickly. It was perfect temperature and tasted delicious. The waitress was super attentive and sweet. All around great experience and we will be back.

As a Bostonian, when I gazed upon the menu and saw Boston Creme Pancakes, I knew I had to try them to ensure they were not doing my city dirty. Ladies and Gentlemen, they did good. I am satisfied.

Food was very good. We got seated on the porch which was a bit cool but we were a large party so that was our fault.
