I visited a different store than I usually do and when I asked for extra butter and parmesan on my breadsticks (as I do every time I go to a Little Caesars), the guy told me it was going to cost me an extra $1.50 for butter and $1.50 for parmesan (I have never been charged for this ever).

Worst location ever . Called had the phone going for 20mins confronted the worker that was on his personal phone eating pop corn he just said ok . Then we order and the girl making our pizzas had no gloves on and we never saw here wash her hands . Will never be back there and if you have a choice please go anywhere else but here .

Very bad experience at this location I made a delivery order they was missing items I call up there and got no help got told to call back later. My husband goes up to the location and two worker girls half naked doing tik toks and the only man working there was eating while helping customers. They tried to tell my husband the missing items was not on the order.. We have the receipt!

Hung up on by the automated system after 3 minute 23 second hold. Called back. On hold 8 minutes 14 seconds. Hung up on. Places need real people to answer. Boo little Ceasars, not customer friendly

The pizza is good. When you order online or in person, everything is good. The problem lies when you show up, the online orders are never in the kiosk as the app states, therefore you have to wait to get your order. Asking them to swap out Dips for bread sticks is like asking them to give up their first born. As big as the company franchise is you would think that each store would just give you one or two dips/sauces for free. Employees, owners, managers need to DO BETTER.

Less than 6 hours later and I have food poisoning from this store. Let alone ordered pizza 2 hours ahead and still had to wait an additional 45 minutes. Lobby is overly busy and the workers do not seem to know what’s going on.
