Little Caesars Pizza

I just had the most positive experience at this Little Caesars. I came in late, grateful someplace was open after 10! The gentleman (Chris) that took my order was so kind and friendly. There was another man in the back and they had such a good positive vibe while working on my order. I will definitely come back to this store.

If it's not a rainy Friday or Saturday, things here are well. Otherwise the weekend demand overwhelms this location. You order and pay on the app for a 6:30 pick up. It turns out you wait in the lobby for nearly an hour. Better off paying a few cents more for Dominos across the street.

Ordered using the App which was quick and easy. The App has a Pizza tracker sorta like Domino’s but not really lol and it works well. Also received friendly service at the store. A+A+A+

Every time I call in an order it can never be ready. The whole reason why I called in the pizza with time was to get there and pay and leave. Not wait and be late.

Got the email that my order was ready at the drive thru and had to wait 30 minutes while the employee had a conversation with the car in front of me. They made eye contact with me several times and clearly knew I was waiting. When I got to the window they were playing on their phone. My food was cold when I got it.

Place is a joke stand there 20 minutes being ignored then they tell you it's going to be an hour to get a pizza that's money loss for them I recommend nobody eat here

I ordered off of doordash, and they didnt give me the right meat and only one of the 3 toppings I picked with regular sauce. I asked for a custom stuffed crust with extras sauce, Italian sausage, banana peppers, and jalapeños.

Outside of the horrible cutting job & burnt cheese that came ripped off the whole slice with one bite, took 26 minutes after my pickup time to receive my order. Drive through was stand still for 20 minutes with no one working at the window. Went inside all workers just ignoring the 7 customers standing in the lobby. 0/10 service. Seems like they need new management
