First and last time at this specific location....not only were there not a glove in site with them touching food, money, their hair and shelves I have never been told I can only get marinara sauce w/my bread sticks, any other locations give cheese as an option. The chicken wings, pizzas & bread sticks were extremely dry and for $30 everything should be correct! And on top of that the cup of sauce was only half full..smh Disappointed

they always take forever to get you a pizza nothing is “hot n ready”. was told i had a one hour wait for a sausage pizza and it’s always some highschoolers playing around.

“Hot and Ready” is more of a goal this location may never truly meet than a reality. The place is sorely understaffed and the person working the front counter always seems exasperated because they can’t keep up with even the modest amount of customers they get. If they hired some more help and actually had pizzas on hand, it wouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a single cheese pizza from the drive through.

Seriously if I could give negative stars I would if I could personally fire every one who works at this location I would bunch of Liberal kids who hide out and smoke pot in and outside the building with music blasting and literally refuse to take orders over the phone won’t answer those calls at ALL!!!!! said they only do online orders and call ins ! Lights off like they are closed both open signs turned off !! Let some one have those jobs who will make your business money instead of these people you have in side they are turning away business! You need new mgmt or something if they don’t want a job don’t work don’t try to get paid for free absolutely worst customer service ever if you can interact with another human get rid of the folks that work here start fresh there all trashy me unwilling to work so !! Yea rant over. Also went back out of pure desperation hoping they have hired better people and was I wrong asked for a extra sausage pizza and I got like 5 sausage pieces I even paid extra was to late to go back and get money back

However after arriving (at said time), I had to wait another nearly 30 minutes for 1 pizza and 1 order of crazy bread. Food is hot, but definitely not ready.

Waited 35 minutes for a pepperoni pizza that they somehow browned the cheese on top but left everything else barely cooked and cold (and also uncut) and 2 orders of breadsticks that were also cold.The guy running the cash register came up from the prep area maybe 3 times in that entire time, never gave me any update as why it was taking so long.They were very clearly prioritizing drive through and doordash orders, every person that ordered in store waited at least 20 minutes for "Hot n Ready" items.

typical little caesarseverything i got was cold, after waiting... because they cook a ton of pizzas and have them just sitting all over a table in the back, then grab an order ticket and play wheres waldo with the stack of pizzas for 10 minutes until they find the correct one, then shuffle the stack a few more times.... embarrasingly disorganized group... i dont mind waiting if i can get my order fresh? also pro tip - when you close for the day fold some boxes so you dont have to keep folding boxes to order. watching them slowly fill 1 order every 5 minutes is painful, i wanted to go back there and help damn near... and i am not sure if the hot and ready warmer works at this location because when i order for rapid pickup or whatever there are never any orders ready in the box and always a wait, if they would have put my order in the warmer not only would it have been out of the way when they were looking for other orders, but it would've stayed hot... other customers in the lobby all have the same disgusted look on their face and i am pretty sure a lady in there was cussing them out in a foreign language judging by her body motions lol

Terrible. Pizza is ok. Waited 5 minutes to get a receipt. Will never go back. Well 3 months. I decided another try. I called 7 times which went to voice mail. Guess they don’t care.
