Too slow! More than an hour waiting for a pizza I ordered online

I walked in no one said one word to me. I finally asked about the puffs and still no greeting just took my order and walked off. No wait time. Nothing. They are very unprofessional. I try my best to visit any other little caecars instead of this one.

I was at this location for an hour and a half for 4 orders of crazy puffs and 1 order of crazy bread. No urgency. Manager rude and unprofessional. I asked him about his employees who had been wearing the same gloves to make food, wash dishes, make sauce, wash dishes again, come back to more food dealing nhs, sweep the floor and then wash dishes again ALL while WEARING THE SAME GLOVES. The manager was NOT wearing gloves while preparing food and handling money at the same time. When I asked where my order was AFTER he handed out orders that were placed after me he proceeded to tell me that he hadn’t even seen my order and all the orders he was putting out were on line. That is why you let me in your location for 90 minutes and told me it would be 10 minutes for my food. When I called to make a complaint he said he was the GM and I can’t talk to his manager and hung up on me. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I will be calling corporate and. The board of health as well??♀️

My food was ordered online so I could pick up from the locked heated self serve lockers without waiting. I get there at my pick up time, my food is cooling behind the register instead of the heated locker. I have to ask for my food and receive cold dipping sauces.
Decent place to get pizza if you're in a rush. I really enjoy their crazy bread more than the pizza and it didn't disappoint this time. The ordering was easy and used the pizza portal to pick it up which was very convenient. Store is in a strip mall and easy to find. Overall solid experience.

Poor effort. 20+ minutes late. Absolutely nonchalant about getting my order from online up and ready. Horrible Friday night effort.
I was in town for an event and was getting close to the end of that event. I wanted to grab a pizza before going back to the hotel. I called their direct phone number but no one picked up after 10 or 12 rings. I understand it was a Saturday evening but they can at least pick up the line and say please hold I'm with another customer.

I underestimated Little Caesars for a long time. Their pizzas doesn’t taste like Domino’s, but it is worth the price. They taste good and the customer service is good.
