Little Caesars Pizza

This location is absolutely horrible when it comes to service. We have gone in for hot and ready and nothing is ready, we have ordered online for a specific pick up time and it’s not ready, we have literally paid for pizza to be delivered and it not arrive…ever! When we try to call the store, they don’t answer.

The middle eastern lady is extremely rude. What happened to the nice Hispanic girl that’s been working here for over a year? Service was great and pizza was ALWAYS FRESH. I ordered my pizza online at 8:15pm on 9/10/25 and I didn’t get my pizza until 8:45pm because she said my order wasn’t ready. She gave people who I watched order, their food first so I said something and she said your food is coming. This is unacceptable

The staff and service is not good

I ordered a fantastic four pizza for the first time instead of pepperoni and sausage they put pepperoni and jalapeno! I do not eat jalapenos. 😭

Small wins for 11$😡

I placed a order at 9:30pm on Oct 20 2024 and I went to the store around 9:40 and the lady locked the doors and refused to give me my order I tried to explain through the door about my order I just placed and she walked away I later called the store and got no answer for 2 days straight then when I spoke to someone I asked for a manger and she said no manager and I started to explain what happened and she said what what and hung up on me I called back Several times and no answer I did not get my money back there is no way they could of scanned or comfirmed that my order was picked up because I wasn’t able to get in to get the pizza I am beyond frustrated at this point I’ve called customer service and still haven’t heard anything I will be contacts corporate after this because this is beyond me that I have to go to this extreme measure for a simple cheese pizza!!!!

You have to Physically go to the restaurant to order, because they will never, ever answer their phones. We called Papa John's instead.
