Little Caesars Pizza

Honestly I go here when theres no dinner snd no one feels like cooking, they always mess up my order and they're all so unprofessional its frustrating I hate it so much dont go here unless its the only food place you can afford. The wait time is more then horrible they dont even seem to be well organized either what a awful experience it is to go here

Been standing here for seven minutes and counting and there is at least 10 people in here and not one associate has came to help us. I come here often and its never been like this. Terrible customer service. There are 4 associates here and still nothing.

I ordered a pizza online and when i eent to pick up they said it wasnt their and i had to purchase the pizzas all over again and didnt get anything back even though i showed proof of the purchase

Asked for a special that was on their board and was told she didn't have a button to charge for any specials, so we went to Taco bell

The food was actually really good this time for it being so late. But the service is still very unpleasant I asked if they had a certain item and was told no but yet the item was right next to me in a rack and I'm sure the only reason that I was told no was because of the work that was going to have to be done in order to retrieve the item. I wouldn't feel that way if the person didn't look directly at the item and it's location then proceed to say no.

They took my order I ordered a most bestest with sausage and pepperoni I got a regular pepperoni after waiting 20 minutes then when the most bestest came out the cheese and crust wasn't done. However the manager there is very nice

I placed an order to go for my youth group and they waited till last minute after they closed to cancel the order. The order was placed an hour prior to them closing. This is stupidity and crappy behavior coming from them. Who knows if they will even re fund us.

Great experience good food as always the lady at the front was kinda rude not vary good customer service but my pizza came fast under the time they had told me over all not a bad place .

Waited for 40 minutes for puffs and cheese bread the told I had wait another 30 minutes. Worst service.

I made an order online for the wrong store. If you do the same well you can kiss the rest of your evening goodbye since it took me over 15 min to get a human, just to be put on hold so she could tell the kitchen, got hung up on. When calling back took 10 min to get another human and while waiting being told they weee transferring me to the store, just to then be told I needed to be transferred to the store which is the number I called. To say their phone system is garbage would be an understatement (coming from a call center person myself says a lot). I will not be ordering from little Cesar’s as the correct one was less than helpful in getting things sorted out.

Was supposed to get pretzel pizza which should have cheese base however they just made a red sauce based cheese pizza and added salt to the edge of the crust. Couldn't eat it
