Mangers was sitting in his car for over 5 minutes before he even came in to take my order then the extra most bestest cheese barely had enough cheese for a regular pizza and my other pizza was burnt. I have been going here for a long time and if this is new management it sucks

Every once in a while I make the mistake of ordering here thinking THIS time they will get it right. Jokes always on me; they never do. I think the odds of winning the Mega Millions are better than getting the right pizza here. Pay extra and go, quite literally, anywhere else.

If I could, I would give this place a 0 rating. I went there a moment ago, the wait was very long and to top it off, it wasn't what I ordered. To start, I ordered 2 regular cheese pizzas and some regular high ones... the cashier decided to write me down 2 different pizzas and when I paid and saw that it was a lot, I said ok, I'll accept them so I can get out of there quickly. But the surprise was that the delay was enormous and when I got home and my children were already anxiously waiting for their pizza, well, the pizza that they supposedly charged me for having cheese on the side had absolutely no cheese? I paid for a side of bread that my children normally don't eat. I will definitely never go back to that place EVER? apart from witnessing that they had delivered an order from one person to another and that's all they said to the lady and she didn't give her any solution. The lady had already been there waiting for more than 15 minutes and in the end she only said: Your order has already been delivered to someone else because you are not here. and he left gtf??‍♀️

Called in my order. I wanted an "Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni" which is advertised on their website as having over 100 pepperonis spread all the way to the edge. And was charged as an old world which is several dollars more than a regular pepperoni. When I received my pizza, it was a regular pepperoni with MAYBE 30 pepperonis on it! Highly disappointed in the food, and had to tell him 5 times what I wanted and he was very short with me and irritated when I customized it.

I ordered the new bacon pizza that has pepperonis and pineapples on it and I ordered it without pineapples so it should have been hot and fresh but when I got it it looks so dry like no sauce it did not look flavorful they look plain and bland no sauce I ordered breadsticks breadsticks were great

I called this morning. Now mind you I’ve called plenty of times back to back because of my job is close. But, nobody ever answers. I was shocked she answered today. But was rude then tells me I can’t order a lunch special over the phone and that I have to order it on line. I said, I tried that before and it don’t work right. I got irritated and just hung up! WONT BE GOING THERE EVER AGAIN
