The little Caucasian guy that works the front second shift. Is definitely a racist. I will do whatever I have to do to have him removed. I came in there on 3 separate occasions. This last time was the final straw. I ordered online to SPECIFICALLY SHORTEN MY WAIT TIME. I got in there. Not only did this clown ignore me when I told him my name and that my pizza was ready. He took another customers order, than he handed the WHITE LADY BEHIND ME 2 pizzas from the back of the line, which means they JUST came out, while my pizza sat there in the front. Really ? This is how you treat your customers? Not only this. I didn’t say that when I got in there I had to wait an extra 10 mins cause HE WAS NOT EVEN AT THE COUNTER READY TO SERVE! Worse little Caesars I’ve ever been to in the United States of America. You literally got a racist employee.

Ordered a pretzel crust for pickup. Came and picked it up. Took it home and opened the box and it was not pretzel crust. If they would’ve just told me they were out or something when I arrived I’d be fine with it. But the lack of transparency is meh imo.

I went to this location that was nearby, and I placed my order of 1 sausage pizza and Buffalo wings . I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for a fresh pizza because they didn't have any ready so I was fine with that what I wasn't okay with is the amount of sausage that was on my pizza their was more cheese then sausage after I had paid almost $20 for a sausage pizza and wings I thought the price was a little outrageous but needless to say I was very disappointed about my order

It's better to order food off the app instead ordering it in person and waiting in there.It can get busy mostly but I do see the workers doing their jobs but the amount of orders can overwhelm them especially when there's people inside the store waiting.Take it from meJust download the app and order the food off from it and just wait until they're packaging the food, you can pick it up when it's packaging(For some reason the app doesn't update the order when it's done packaging)

The reason I gave this review and rating is because of the service towards customers, as I waited for my pizza I saw a Mexican family that arrived and ordered, but they barely spoke English so they were having a hard time and then they went to pay with card, but the lady didn’t know how it worked maybe it was her first time using a card?? but instead of the service worker helping her or being patient she yelled at her continually to hurry up, and she just gave up and left the shop. Then the guy behind (he was a white man) he had the guts to say “well I don’t know what they’re doing in the US if they aren’t gonna speak our language” and the worker agreed with him. That is racism instead of helping someone they get frustrated and then talk behind their backs.
