CHICKEN IS NO LONGER GOOD

I was a fan of their Garlic Parmesan chicken, but now they no longer cool the chicken in the sauce. Rather, they use the same chicken and just slob a bunch of sauce on top AFTER it’s already cooked. I don’t know if it’s a corporate decision or just this location, but now the chicken sucks.

If I get sick I'm suing this location. I just had surgery within the last few days and I bit into plastic from my breadstick. The last time I purchased breadsticks from this location the garlic topping was barely on it. So this time I checked my purchase before I left the store and same thing this time. I'm not buying anymore from here. As I'm driving I started to eat the breadsticks and all of a sudden I bite into something that was hard and it felt like plastic was in my mouth. I spit it out and you can see black plastic pieces on my bread. I had to swallow some of it before I realized Imy food was contaminated with plastic.I'm not going back, cause I just had surgery and I hope the owner(s) of this location see my post and fix my bad experiences. If not than I'll be going back to Bindord boulevard to that location because I've been a customer there every since they opened. The only reason why I come here is because I've moved and according to Google maps the meridian location is closer to where I live. But if I have to drive and extra mile to get good food and customer service than that's what it is. If y'all been keeping up with my reviews than y'all know I'm big on customer service because I'm the consumer and I can spend my money elsewhere.

Been ordering from here for 3 years and it never seems to be ready on time. Sick of it. Scheduled an order today and it still isn't ready 30 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready.
