I did not receive all of my food, tried calling the store and they picked up but hung up immediately without saying a word. I will be going to the store tomorrow to receive a full refund or my pizza that wasn’t delivered

Ordered online! Doesn’t offer special instructions so ordered a particular pep bread and it was delivered and made wrong and when I tried to get it redone it was refused and only offered a 25 percent refund. The rep was completely rude and told me to be more clear with my instructions! If the company can charge 8 dollars in service fee and taxes for a 12 dollar order why couldn’t you just remake it. Instead I’m stuck with an order I will not eat!

Historically the service at this location has been awful and I would go out of my way to go to the Post Rd location. I decided to give them another chance and the service has improved dramatically. I put in an online order, and when I got there it was busy, but the lined moved fairly quickly. The food isn't the best, but you should know what to expect from Little Caesar's. I only wish they would get a pizza portal.

Bad, bad, terrible, service! Long line waiting, cashier fixing the pizza, after dealing with the money! Forgetting who ordered what when! Large heat pockets on pizza crust from the oven being up too high, cut any kind of way, people running in and out from the card to the kitchen, no hands being washed, panhandling, drunks hanging around the door and on the ground! No place to park. Oh I just can’t anymore, my kids wanted this but we will go out on Washington street next time, done with this one!✌🏽😨😒😡

I ordered the pepperoni and pineapple bacon crushed pizza why is all the toppings in the center and on top of the cheese the cheese is the binding for the toppings to stay on the pizza but it was good!
