Lady return whole order after eating piece of Italian bread and he placed it all back in the warmer!! And she told him she ate out of the box!! Also they put parmesian cheese on my Italian bread

Was just there today 10-14-2025, walked in the door with broken glass. Employee looked at me then just kept working on packing up wings in containers. Didn’t say anything and only came to take my order when 6 other people came in. Pizza had clearly been sitting in warming box for multiple hours only good thing about experience was the bread sticks.

Mans literally ignored me when I walked in to pick up my order that did not alert me was finished, until an hour later. I picked it up about 15 min after the due time already 20 minutes into my own 30 min break & when I walked in the young dude literally looked at me & proceeded to scoop breadsticks into bags ignoring me standing there. Mind you I ordered my food about 10 min after opening & there was no other orders ready at that time except mine. Also the store opened but they did not open the doors until after 10:30. I wasn’t trying to go in - I was waiting for the notification but saw somebody else trying to get in. He did not greet me or ask what I needed or else I could have been in & out but I had to proceed to banging on the plastic barrier because simply speaking to him was not enough. He was intentionally ignoring me & from other reviews he does the same thing. Avoids customers, what’s the point of working at a pizza shop if you are purposely going to ignore the people keeping it in business ?

Cashier was EXTREMELY rude!!! To me & several other people. He refused to lit open his mouth & speak leading to lots of confusion. He also allowed me to stand waiting for a pickup order for 20 mins just to tell me it had already been picked up. He chose not to tell me when he found out because I called out the fact that his customer service was lacking.
