After seeing reviews I was expecting the worst but I can only speak for my experience. The pizza was fast hot and had extra sauce like I asked for which pizza places rarely actually do anymore it seems. Sure they're not the friendliest but I don't come there to get my butt kissed I come there to eat. Mission accomplished

Worst customer service I have ever seen. 2 employees working, both incredibly rude. Ordered some takeout pizza yesterday afternoon and it was not ready when I get there like the order confirmation said. Both employees were yelling at the customers and said their "system was down" and turned anyone walking in away. The younger male employee was constantly cussing at customers. When my order was finally ready he said my name and then proceeded to put it in that stupid mobile order machine despite me standing at the counter. He then proceeded to keep unplugging the machine because it stopped working. Very dumb system. I said can you please just hand me my pizza order if you have to keep unplugging this machine? He waited about 10 mins and gave me my pizza. Will not be coming back here. I worked in the service industry and I know it can be frustrating and sometimes customers can be rude but everyone that walked in to get their order or tried to order was treated with extreme meanness. I legit have never seen an employee cuss at customers like I did today. The manager needs to take a serious look at how this place is run because it is an embarrassment.

New mobile app is supposed to be easy. If you want to create your own pizza, it is NOT easy. Real people getting real service is what makes the difference these days. Last little Ceasars pizza is the one I'm picking up now. Time to find a place you can get good, personal, service

Worst service ever! Ordered over an HOUR AGO!! my order wasn’t big for it to take that long, what happend to hot and ready?? This location is the worst. I was asking one of the employees a question and they completely ignored me. If I could give less than one star I would.

Well I ordered this pizza because I saw the picture and it looked really good and cheesy and real meaty and so I ordered a three meat treat pizza and when I got it it look nothing like the picture and I and I had to spread the sausage throughout the pizza and was highly disappointed. So I asked the guy how many pepperonis come on it and he told me 40, but it was really rude to me. And the sausage on it was scarce or very little and not much of any bacon on it at all. So if I knew that it was going to be so skimpy I would have just ordered myself the meat pizza instead, however, I feel like even if I ordered that though at this particular location that it would not have been full of toppings as it needed to be because of the person's behavior and demeanor towards serving customers.. there was another customer that he was rude to that we discussed afterwards also he's jittering around as if he's on some kind of drug. He definitely looks and acts addicted to something that he is using while he's working. And I think he goes in the cooler to use it
