I doordashed some zesty bread it wasn't zesty bread it was cold bread the doordash person stood there while I opened it it was completely cold I called the store the guy that answered the phone which was at 9:06 tonight told me to heat it up in my microwave which is a worker there at the store will never go through Little Caesars ever again this is the Southeast Street store this is how they treat their customers they are not good people to shop through

I stopped by for a quick lunch today 6/12 and I wasn't disappointed. This was my 1st time visiting this location so I was naturally unsure what to expect so I ordered through the app for convenience. As I was tracking my order on the app an employee came out & brought my order. I didn't even have to go in lol. My food was hot & fresh. I had to take a quick bite before heading back home since it looked & smelled so good. I tried the new Mtn Dew Mango Rush soda & that was a 10/10. Thanks for getting it right...I appreciate you guys! I'll stop in again when I come south. I highly recommend this location.

After seeing reviews I was expecting the worst but I can only speak for my experience. The pizza was fast hot and had extra sauce like I asked for which pizza places rarely actually do anymore it seems. Sure they're not the friendliest but I don't come there to get my butt kissed I come there to eat. Mission accomplished

Worst customer service I have ever seen. 2 employees working, both incredibly rude. Ordered some takeout pizza yesterday afternoon and it was not ready when I get there like the order confirmation said. Both employees were yelling at the customers and said their "system was down" and turned anyone walking in away. The younger male employee was constantly cussing at customers. When my order was finally ready he said my name and then proceeded to put it in that stupid mobile order machine despite me standing at the counter. He then proceeded to keep unplugging the machine because it stopped working. Very dumb system. I said can you please just hand me my pizza order if you have to keep unplugging this machine? He waited about 10 mins and gave me my pizza. Will not be coming back here. I worked in the service industry and I know it can be frustrating and sometimes customers can be rude but everyone that walked in to get their order or tried to order was treated with extreme meanness. I legit have never seen an employee cuss at customers like I did today. The manager needs to take a serious look at how this place is run because it is an embarrassment.
