This location is poorly staffed and the quality has seriously fallen off a cliff recently. It used to be one of the better locations in the area but the last several orders, the food has been badly made and not on time despite ordering well ahead. The employee was swearing and ranting behind the counter as the lobby filled with people waiting.

The food was great cuz it's Pizza. It's kind of hard to mess Pizza up but anyways.... The service definitely sucks because there was only one guy running the register and the people in the back were " clowning around so much they burned three of my pizzas twice, in a row, and in the same 45 minutes smfh!! And also the atmosphere was super hectic because nobody knew what they were doing except for the one guy out front running the whole show but everybody is back pretty much like you sluck

Not going lie they messed up my order but they fixed it right away and also gave me the messed up order as well manager was above and beyond amazing it was the cashiers first day but she was rocking

I CALLED AT 1:30PM FOR A PICK UP AT 2:30pm. I walked in the guy at the counter said it will be 20 minutes. I said I called it in an hour ago. I paid for my 60 dollar order only for him to say that's alot of sauce for one order of breadsticks. He continued to help everyone but me! I waited 35 minutes for my food! I'm not understanding why on a Friday afternoon there is one person being a cashier and making all the food?!

Every time I’ve come in unless the GM is there, the people working are so RUDE. They never have stuff ready, not even during the hours they should. They don’t smile they aren’t friendly don’t give u a receipt or wait time unless asked. It’s definitely
