Little Caesar’s isn’t exactly known for being top quality, but relative to their standards this one is pretty low. The sausage is pretty sad and the service was terrible - the worker was angry just to talk. There’s a lot of room to improve.

So, I placed an online order and accidentally picked this location. We normally go to the Camby location which is clean and has good customer service. When I found out I had to go to this location I tried to call to get a refund, and no answer. With having no other choice by that point, I headed to this location. Upon pulling up and looking into the store, there was a whole group of employees in the back hanging out and talking. As I walk towards the store all but two employees just disappeared. I walk in, and my first thought was “Where has Health Inspection been?”. It felt like walking into the movie Idiocracy. It is FILTHY. Like every glass surface is SMEARED and crust crumbs are on every single surface. I wish I was being dramatic. Along with the incredibly filthy conditions, neither one of the two employees who stayed in view said a work or even bothered to look at me. Normally I am used to walking in and being greeted and picking up my food that way. I had to look around and figure it out on my own. Also, I have a big problem with the fact that they weren’t using gloves while preparing the food… and I know with the conditions of that place, there is no way they are washing their hands as often as they are required to do so. Take the extra 10 minutes to go to Camby.

So the guy at the counter was having a rough time using his customer service skills. Told all of us he’s not serving anyone and if we don’t like it we can go elsewhere ? I looked to the back and asked for a manager. I don’t know his name but he came up and solved the issue quickly. I loved his calmness, and years of experience and expertise to get us all taken care of. Customer service isn’t for everyone and hope the front man looks back and changes his career or attitude bc it was simple to call for help and not be rude and nasty. That was my 1st time ever at that location

I used to love Little Ceasars and I remember how I was so happy that they reopened it a few years ago because it brought back memories as a kid when it was in the fame location.. at first it was amazing but as of late the service and food has been horrible. Today the women were rude and acted like my friend and I Were a nuisance then the "Hot and Ready" food the past few times (although very convenient) is more like "Not and Ready" and the cheese was almost like straight from the Fridge to the cup cold and instead of being stored inside a warmer they had at least 100 cups made up by the drink cooler and so I'm just assuming there isn't a heating unit anywhere near it...
