Unfortunately we used to come here all the time and it was great the last several months it has really gone downhill they only do drive-thru food and not at the machine yet to go to the window. Such sad I don't give them long and they'll be out of business

These are some of the BEST service providers you will come across in the fast-food industry. (Hands down) They are very polite, they make SURE to ask what additional resources you need with your meal (sauces/sides) they do NOT ask you to purchase additional items they have on discount (as those items are shown) & the food is as fresh as it can possibly be. (It may take 7-10 minutes to prepare your food, but you will NOT be given food from a previous order that "fled" ...) I don't often give reviews a 5 star, but these folks have EARNED it. Undoubtedly. 💯💯💯

Picked up an order for DoorDash on Friday night 12/13/2024. The employee that handed the food to me came out of the restroom and went straight to the counter to help me without washing his hands. When I asked him to wash his hands first in the future before handling customer’s food he got a funny look on his face because the food was already in the to-go bag. To me that’s not the point. If he is comfortable handing food out without washing his hands then I question all of his food handling. Anybody who has ever worked in a restaurant knows or should know that you wash your hands at the designated handwashing sink BEFORE helping any customers, even if it is only to hand them a bagged to-go order.

I have been craving fish for several days now and after a long painful day I decided to stop at Long John Silver's on my way home. It was so cold and snowy out that I didn't want to get out of my car so I went through the drive through. I hadn't been to this restaurant for several months so I saw a lot of things had changed. I was greeted over the speaker by a very friendly lady. I placed my order for a two piece meal with 2 sides and hushpuppies. I reluctantly chose waffle fries and coleslaw. I usually don't care for waffle fries but I was pleasantly surprised by yours. When I got to the window to pay the girl at the window was so kind and friendly. I watched as she cooked my fish fresh while I waited. Everything tasted so delicious. I was very pleased. Johnny aka Starry is definitely an asset to Long John Silver's! She made my night!

I got a box of Chicken planks for $15 bucks just the other night, 8 small pieces of Chicken & Zero crumbs‼️ I couldn't believe it was that much for that little 😢, I could've bought several pounds of chicken for that price‼️ I don't think I'll be eating there again anytime soon 🔜‼️💯

Long John Silver's count your day's. If I could give you a zero I would. Food was horrible. Fish wasn't cooked properly and it was cold. Shrimp is rubbery. Nobody in your drive thru line and you still get my order wrong. The chicken didn't look at all the like chicken. Don't waste your time or money. Disgusting dump of restaurant. Never ever again!!

HORRIBLE!!! Ordered from UberEats and waited over an hour on our order! 3 different drivers showed up and all left because they were taking so long. FINALLY get our food and MISSING HALF OUR ORDER!!! 😡 Came here and read HUNDREDS OF BAD REVIEWS OF MISSING FOOD, DIRTY STORE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES! These workers are absolutely INCOMPETENT! Apparently corporate is NOT investigating this store as they say they are in their response to HUNDREDS OF BAD REVIEWS! No wonder Long John Silvers is closing most of their locations! NEVER AGAIN!
