Horrible. Doors locked 4 workers. 2 car in drive thru, no one wanted to work.

What You Order Isn’t What You Get
First, we ordered a 2-Piece Fish Meal, which, according to the website and menu board, should come with:
2 pieces of fish
2 hush puppies
2 sides
A drink
The cashier told us it only included two sides, so we went with fries and hush puppies—no drink.
Next, we ordered a 2-Piece Chicken Combo, which should include:
2 pieces of chicken
2 hush puppies
1 side
A drink
I chose fries as my side and Dr Pepper as my drink.
What we actually got:
1 drink (chicken combo)
2 tiny, pathetic pieces of chicken
2 pieces of fish (fish meal)
1 side of fries (fish meal)
16 hush puppies (what the heck?!)
All this for $20—what a joke.
I guess we should be thankful we didn’t get food poisoning… though it’s still early.

Horrible service when i came in 2 employees was coming out of the restroom laughing one girl and one boy instead of taking my order i was told to hold on a few moments they both went into the back and then lashaunda finally took my order after laughing and talking with another guy working. This place is going downhill i have never experienced something like this and employees being in the restroom together shouldnt be aloud.
It took over 12 minutes to get waited on. Fish was greasy and Fries were cold

We used to go to Long John's all the time..
Haven't been in a while so we stopped by for a family meal and added a few pieces to it. And the difference in the size between the chicken and fish was crazy. Should say chicken tender...
The order was running up wrong and the receipt was inaccurate.. so of course Our order was not right and the manager seemed very aggravated about it and we had to go in twice to correct it and the chicken wasn't even one third of the size of the fish. They were supposed to give us one piece of fish and six or seven pieces of chicken... I was trying to ask before even ordering if it would be easier for them to make combo all chicken and add a fish. And said we were trying to get two sides with it..
This is my son's first time trying fish so we ordered one.
So when I ended up with two piece of chicken and five fish,
I was a little confused and not what we ordered and not what was on the receipt.. I thought maybe they had got our order mixed up with someone else's order.
So I had went in and told them I believe I got someone elses order. they took only the meat back and said they would make me some fresh but I asked him if they would ask the fries and make them a little fresh again which I worked in many fast food restaurants and I know they do this.. but they acted like they did not ever do this which I understand on this occasion they couldn't because I had it in my hand. So when I asked if they could please make some
More fries my bag was kind of snatched out of my hands and they toss the whole thing in the trash and then we only ended up getting about half of the fries that we had before and no coleslaw at all... A cashier inside the restaurant seeing someone new but was very friendly it was actually it seemed to be the cook and the manager that was aggravated. And I do understand it can be incredibly frustrating and hard to multitask in a very fast pace business. At this time there was only two people in line other than myself and maybe three tables of people that were already eating...
I should have just warmed fries up at home.
It sucks a lot because my son just found a new love for fish. lol
But I definitely won't be paying almost $2 for one chicken tender.

Horrible customer service from the "GM" of all people. It was like the lady had no clue of customer service, was unfriendly and as if she didn't know her own menu. When asked "what I'd like for my sides" I replied with "what are my side options" I got "well they are right in front of you" (pointing to a placemat) mind you I was looking at the menu on the wall not a placemat on the counter. If you have only 5 options for sides how hard would it be to give them verbally? Maybe she was unaware of what they actually where. With over 4 years experience in food service myself and 3 of those at Long John Silvers & AW in northern Indiana I completely understand why that store is looking for a new "GM" "AM" Team leaders and basic staff. Store needs a complete overhaul staff and appearance.
Huge disappointment. Smoky with the aroma of old oil at too high a temperature. One of the staff was arguing with a customer who thought they should be wearing gloves.
Don't go. We won't be back.
