Long John Silver's

Tonight we Door-dashed Cheesecake. One piece was out of date with a busted container on the bottom. The other two were from the future today is 12/13/25 and they was prepared 12/15/25 and ready for sale on 12/16. The store in Beckley WV is always messing up something. Got food poison around a year ago from there. Figured I would order cheesecake tonight first time I used the store since the food poisoning. Never again the Beckley store is new and nice but management sucks if they can’t do the right things. Fayetteville store is great. Beckley is horrid though. Poor management and always a guessing game-Mauldin SC store is the worst

I don't even know where to start. Me and my wife went to the Long John's in Dickson City, PA for lunch last week. we arrived just when they were opening the doors. We were the first ones to go inside the store that day. The appearance we observed was how filthy the store was when we went to get a table. There were crumbs and used napkins all over the floor and tables. We had to search for a clean table to eat at. Upon getting our food, my Cole slaw was spoiled as it was brown and extremely soggy. The garbage bins in the dining room were full from the night before. The men's room had water leaking out of a closet that was in the men's room, trash bin overflowing with garbage and the mirror looked like someone smeared grease all over it. I kid you not, when you looked in the mirror, you could not see yourself from the filth. It looked like the night crew from the night before just turned off the fryers and went home.I was in fast food management for many years and let me tell you, it was a total disgrace walking In that restaurant. It's a shame because that was my favorite restaurant from my childhood all the way up to present as I am 57 years old. This is what happens you pay low wages for management and employees. like the old saying goes, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! Good luck in the future.

I just ordered a meal 13.99 plus tax. They tried to charge me 18.30 total. I backed up and left.

Dining room closed, looked deserted and filthy... found another LJS, looked almost as bad, food took FOREVER... LJS is flopping... sad

So, so same old resturant. Could be better.

Recommended dishes: Fish and Chips

They reheated yesterdays fish, it was dry, hard, and had a strange smell

speed of service, order accuracy, product availability

This was once a favorite....the facility and grounds are incredibly rundown and in great disrepair...service is exceptionally slow...and I was shorted on my food order.

It was an hour after opening and they still didnt have the door unlocked. They gave me an attitude because God forbid they got a customer. They made me pay for my ketchup 🤣 like... seriously? Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Walk up to front door locked couldn't get serviced. No explanation

Okay for carryout but it's time as a dine-in is over. Once a year option. Sorry.

The doors was locked at 10;54 am but the service was ok . It’s always new people working & the food fresh and hot & the GM Zion seems like he wants to clean this location up for the better
