Ordered online 30 minutes ago went through drive through still waiting for food

The app or online orders were giving issues. So an "apologetic" coupon code was emailed out only to screw you over too. BOGO free, huh. Nah. Get charged full price and then they won't even cancel the order while the charge will sit pending on my bank account. I just might be done with you all together.

talk about shrinkflation! the fish,shrimp,chicken, clams, Its ridiculous. I won't be returning....

I worked at long John's for 3 yrs intill today. I was informed LJS does not allow employees family to come in and eat. How can one be all about family-oriented and then ban families?.

i bought hushpuppies and 4 chicken strips.first time in years. there wasnt enough to justify $10 let alone over $15 ...i had hopes but im done with this place. chicken strip wasnt even 3 inches big. id share photos if i could. food was over cooked ,overpriced. and for some stupid reason theydumped a bunch of tarter sauce but i didnt get fish. NEVER AGAIN!! i know economy has gotten bad but it just does not justify what i did not get .😠 stay away from jasper indiana l.J.S.

Food was hot and very good. The workers acted like they didn't wanna be there but other than that, it was an ok experience.

Came in about 11am today and had to deal with a great crew. They were incredibly helpful and made my entire order fresh. Awesome food and a very relaxing time there.

After traveling to 2 other locations (E Wash. St. location, the doors were locked), the LJS on S Emerson, drive thru only. We ended up at the Crawfordsville Rd location and got to eat inside. The food was good, besides the shrimp being fried too long but they did remake it, The young man that helped us was amazing.

This location should go ahead and close. I say that sadly, this is the only one around me and it is Absolutely Horrible the service the food Do Not Eat

Was so excited on November 29th to try your "Lobster Bites", only to be disappointed after my anticipation & purchasing. Tasty, but ridiculously small nuggets for over $5

Slow at everything. Takes ten minutes to order food and very disrespectful

Stopped here for dinner, the staff were super nice and professional, food was cooked perfectly, and I always love the ambiance of these restaurants. Make sure to ring the bell when you leave the staff even thank you for doing so. Great place, 5 stars!

Literally just tonight not a soul in the drive through but me and I get told “I’ll be with you in a minute” waited 5 minutes still nothing. Literally stuff like this happens every time I try to eat here. Love long John silvers hate this location
