I never give any stars for a drive-thru restaurant because the drive-thru is not the ambience. Besides that, this is not a dining experience when it's fast food, but the food is always good to me. I don't know why I love it so much but ever since they came out 52 years ago, I have been eating their food ever since.

Always check your food before pulling off!! I went thru drive thru and ordered the #7 which was 1 piece of fish and 2 pieces of chicken unbeknownst to me when I got home and opened up my box my 2 pieces of chicken was burnt and my hush puppies were burnt so I only ended up eating my 1 piece of fish and the sides that I ordered. I started to take it back up there but I was hungry so I ate what I could. I normally rock with LJS but after this evening....I think I'm coo...spent 11 dollars and thru half of it away I'm so disgusted and I pray that I don't get sick from what I did eat .....but again I should of checked my food first before pulling off 🤬🤬🤬🤬

What an amazing world this would be if people just listened.. Jobs would go smoother, and your day would always be good. I visited Long John Silvers.11/15 around 8:30pm or so... i repeated my order three times.. no fries, no fries, no fries. I asked for a 2 piece fish, coleslaw and hush puppies.. I got no coleslaw a ton of fries.. this is the second time this has happened, so I felt the need to place a review. It drives me absolutely insane when people don't listen! So therefore she ruint my dinner and I didn't get what I asked for or paid for. Listening skills should be its top priority in the restaurant business/ customer service. My fish tasted old, the Hush Puppies.l we're definitely not fresh and I don't eat french fries. Thank you to the lady who just could not listen!

TRIED to go through the drive-thru twice in the last month and both times the person taking my order was so rude and unprofessional that I drove off. There is no reason for someone in the food customer service industry to be so bad at customer service. I will NEVER attempt to go there again. And unless you want to be talked to like you're inconveniencing them, then I suggest no one else visits this establishment either.

Friendly service. Haven't eaten at one of these in like 20 years. Hubby was craving it so we went. Food was ok. Definitely not what I remember. Would be back, but not as a regular thing. The people were very friendly as well.
