I ordered fish and chicken combo with cheese bites and green beans. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. The problem was how it was thrown in the box. It was not presented well at all. The bites were stuck together (and they were an additional $2!!!!) and the chicken was different sizes (one piece was bite size!). The green beans were surprisingly seasoned well and no complaints.

The food was cooked in burnt grease and the fries were served cold. For the price the chicken portions are small.

Ordered fish and chicken platter. My disappointment is immeasurable. The fish is hard and completely dried out. The chicken pieces were toddler sized, they were not full chicken pieces or the normal size as advertised at all. It's no wonder most of these have closed down.

Horrible service , waited 30min in line for cold food and half of my order was missing, tried calling up to the store no answer called multiple times and tried to call corporate to complain they didn’t even answer and they only have 1.2stars the corporate office! This is ashame spent over $30 and waited 30min in line, food was cold, food was missing, no one answers the phone. MANAGER NEED TO CONTACT ME BECAUSE i will NOT BE BACK.

Messed up our order. Order of 5 had decent fish but no tartar sauce. like thats the whole point of getting fish meals. No napkins, missed a drink no type of sauce at all and paid $86 for this garbage stuff. Horrible service, horrible atmosphere, do better. Or lower your price to match the incompetent service you provide.

We love going to the Long John Silver's on Pendleton Pike. The restaurant is clean, service is great,
and the food is fresh. Manager is very nice and the employees are kind and respectful. We usually put our order in online but end up eating it there. They have daily specials that you can order on the app and either eat in or pick up @ the drive thru.
