The selection I received was too greasy and a staff member was arguing with her peer which got my attention, because I thought they were about to fight.

The manager was glued to her phone when I arrived. She didn't even look up when I said I had a order to pick up. When she did look up she was rude and said I needed to wait.

Was here today 12/26 around 12:30pm and waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes at the speaker with no greeting or anyone to take orders. Said hello multiple times, even pulled up to the window and it was a ghost town. Tried calling up to the store cause because I was kinda concerned to be honest but had my son in the car and wasn’t trying to risk getting out of the car with him. Heard this location is known for this kind of stuff from a local, should have listened to save my time.

Took forever to ask for order when I drove to the windows came as if I was not at the speaker and chewing food. The restaurant was dark and dingy looking, I did not want any food from this place

I visited this location this past Saturday around noon. I ordered through the app. I would like to start with the employee at the drive thru window had the DIRTIEST nails and hygiene was very unkempt, to the point where I could’ve even bring myself to eat the food knowing that’s who prepared it. She was also very rude and combative. Since I’d paid …. I waited for the order. Once I received the order, the food was old, cold, and very greasy as if it were warmed from the prior day. I disposed of the food immediately when I got home. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat at LJS any location after this experience. I’m traumatized. Worst experience ever.

I ordered fish and chicken combo with cheese bites and green beans. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. The problem was how it was thrown in the box. It was not presented well at all. The bites were stuck together (and they were an additional $2!!!!) and the chicken was different sizes (one piece was bite size!). The green beans were surprisingly seasoned well and no complaints.
