I had an errand to run on the SW Side and decided to get lunch on the way. Saw this Long John Silvers on Google. I hadn't had Long John Silvers since they closed the Noblesville location. I am so glad I stopped. Food was fresh and hot. The woman working at the drive through was friendly and helpful and displayed GREAT customer service skills. ?. Absolutely all around great experience. Only gave one star deduction as this stretch of Pendleton Pike isn't the most picturesque. I will definitely stop here again on my way to my favorite fish store. Fish Happens Indy (not the eating kind lol).

I was craving Long John Silvers fish and happened to come across one on Pendleton pike. The guy at the window was simply lovely and kind. I told him how excited I was and he threw in an extra fish to my order. ❤️The food was hot and delicious even after he drive home.

I ordered my food. Not only did I not receive all the peiced to my family meal I didn't get the shrimp I ordered also.. 80 dollars down the drain. Then to top it off they don't answer the phone.
I asked for fresh fries they gave me undercook fries that were almost like mashed potatoes

I wanted to share this with everyone I went to the location on Pendleton Pike today I was craving long johns I placed my order for the fish and shrimp I waited for ever for it to come out while setting in the dining room this was around 11am and it took so long for the food to come out I'm looking around the tables were dirty ketchup was stuck on a chair across from me looked like floor hasn't been swept in awhile let alone mopped my food comes out I looked at my food only to see my fish wasn't a golden cooked batter it was like a golden brown like the grease hasn't been changed in a long time I ate about half of the food got a stomach ache it wasn't worth 17.00 I will never come back to this location......

Stopped at the drive-thru ordered a Fish & Shrimp platter. Initially they left out my hush puppies. I went back thru to get them. They asked me to double check under my fries and fish as they should've been in the box. I literally had to show her they weren't in the box. Lady left the window and returned with them then apologized. All in all real good visit. Fish was fresh and fries were really hot.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp.
