I love long john silver, this was the first one I visited where the fries were cold.

Ordered fish and chips, didn't get the chips. I live so far away by the time I noticed it wasn't even worth going back. But I love their garbage either way (only 1 employee and took forever though)

They have stepped up their game. The fish is fresh, not too greasy, and delicious.

I pulled up to Long John Silver’s around 7:10 p.m., and it’s now 7:58. The scene out front was absolutely unprofessional—two employees were sitting in a car, clearly smoking something, while what looked like managers stood around talking inside instead of running the store. Nobody seemed to care that customers were waiting or that this looked terrible for business. I’ve never seen a restaurant so poorly managed. Completely unacceptable behavior, and I won’t be coming back.

I just had to work experience I've ever had at a restaurant at your store tonight it was about 6:20 Monday 09/29/2025 the service is the worst we have ever had there and we have been eating there for 5 years it was bad enough I had to call the cops so yes we will never go back and we only live two and a half blocks behind your store we they're all the time but we won't after tonight your girl argued with me at the drive-thru refuse to give me my food or my money back I had to call the cops literally to get anything done I hate it because we like Long John silver's but your service at your restaurant is really bad lately and tonight was the worst it's ever been

Both Restrooms were out of order per staff. The advertised special on the sign was only available by a coupon(not listed) Food took 40 minutes once ordered. Both ordering kiosks were broken. Had to ask to find that out and to order. Ignored by most of the staff.

I know everyone has their own experience, however, I am here to tell you that my food and the service I received was outstanding.

Alexis the store manager always assists me with my order making sure everything is hot and fresh.

In this day I got the basket with waffle fries and coleslaw. And when I tell you everything was on point I mean it. I treat myself to Long John’s once a week and it is always the bomb.

Food is good when they make it. The place closes randomly. Totally dark no lights. I think someone is in there that's making it seem closed and don't want to work

The lights are always on, but nobody's home...they wont answer the drive thru or come to the window. A lot of customers pull up and drive away. Could be a great place to eat lunch but nobody wants to work.

11:13 am and the lobby is locked up. No reason at all just pure laziness.

Received poor customer service. Received an incorrect order

Did drive thru. Staff were friendly, polite, order was 100% correct even after I changed things a bit. Food was fresh and nicely prepared.
