Stopped in to Long John Silvers this afternoon in the drive thru. No one answered the call box. Even after honking and calling for service repeatedly. Drove up to the window, no one at the helm. Saw a patron inside, so parked and went inside. Found 2 employee in the dining room, heads down over their smartphones. Asked the young woman wearing a headset if they were open. Without making eye contact, she said, “Yeah” as she continued to interact with her device. Eventually she got up, walked behind the counter (with an attitude of annoyance), sighed and said, “You want to order?” Nope, not anymore. Told her it didn’t seem like she was interested in doing her job and left. Not likely to return. We know it’s hard to find good help. And if you own a franchise and you’re not paying attention, you’re gonna go out of business. This business model is unsustainable.

3-19-2024, I was treated like I was beneath the employees at this place, I consider myself no better than anyone who works for a living, but l ordered, waited 30minutes for my food they gave me the wrong order, so I waited again for 20minutes, and only received 1 of the sides I ordered, because according to the person in charge they didn't fix enough for the night, when I get to work, I expect to work, not just stand around for a paycheck, now granted they only had 3 people working, but when the lobby is getting busy I myself don't think it's the best time for employees to start taking breaks and eating, I just wasn't raised that way, but if I'm wrong, I'm wrong!

Had lunch with BiL. Not super busy. Portions were good, but the sides ordered got mixed up. Not a big deal, but didn't get exactly what each of us had ordered. Didn't get the coleslaw that was ordered when the food came out. Seating was ok, tables/chairs and booths. Lots of parking. We didn't leave hungry, had a bit of take-home leftovers..

Waited and waited and drive-through, and nobody answered. Finally had to pull around and go in and the drive-through employee had just set the headphones down and walked out for the day and went home. No communication with other employees there I guess. Food was just a pile of grease. Never returned there and I advise you not to eat yourself.

This is the most dirty store ever.I believe cockroaches are in under napkin, ketchup area,,look under yourself....Employees have there BABIES running around while their working..One thing I ordered 2 PC fish,,okay the fish was cooked 5 minutes looked a least, breading dark brown an hard as a rockFish inside was cooked down hard like a belt..They my have been checking of kids while burning up my order..Waiting in car 10 to 15 minutes before going in an seeing all the mess,kids dirt..Board of health is my call TuesdayToday is day before new years 24This is a true dumpster serving food.Never will I go into this dive,, againLong John's is a filthy dive anymore..Indianapolis SHOULD shut them down an run out of IndyThey ate stealing our MONEY with rat food..
