Try to call several times no one answered. Ordered online says it’ll be ready at a certain time and waiting extras 15 to 20 minutes for an order after the online quoted a different time is ridiculous. Came into the restaurant for my online order to hear the music blasting smh it’s a business not a club !!!! No wonder they couldn’t hear the phone

I thought it was greasy, I didn't care for the fries and I paid for a small coleslaw but didn't get it. I wont go back.

This is the WORST LJS location I have ever visited. Several times I have stopped there in the afternoon or early evening, only to find the door locked. I want to sit down with a friend and eat, not drive thru, so I went elsewhere. Last time was 5:30pm Friday.Today I DID drive thru and picked up a fish sandwich to take home. The bun was so hard I couldn't chew it. I ended up eating the fish by itself, and gave the bun to my dog, who also had trouble chewing it!.I tried again yesterday to order a sandwich - they were out of bind. No sale!

Should be zero stars. Ordered through the drive thru fish and 2 sides. I asked him at the window everything in there? napkins, malt vinegar, he said yes. No napkins, no utensil to eat my sides with and no malt vinegar. It's really not a complex job put fish in a box with 2 sides, couple packs of malt vinegar, napkins and done. No, no this must of been too hard for the employees. I will not be giving place my money anymore.
