LongHorn Steakhouse

Went to Longhorn on Southport last night. Everyone was friendly & service oriented. Our service staff included Princess who did an excellent job, ensuring our food was great, drinks full, and even brought my daughter a piece of strawberry cheesecake as we were celebrating wedding planning! My steak was cooked perfectly and don’t sleep on their stuffed mushrooms. Yum! It really seemed the employees enjoy working there and the food was superb. Wonderful dinner & dining experience. Vibe was awesome.

This is the second Longhorn I have been to. I had the lunch salad with Steak on it. The steak was prepared exactly the way I requested, medium rare. I also had the lobster shrimp bisque which was very tasty. More corn than I personally prefer but that's just me.

Excellent Grilled Chicken and strawberry with grapes and pecans salad with raspberry balsamic vinaigrette dressing! Scrumptious! Delicious warm bread and butter too!

I travel frequently so I've been to many locations of this chain. This location seemed like the step child of the chain. I arrived from the airport around 4pm, so before the dinner rush. I stood at the hostess stand for about ten minutes with no acknowledgement. Finally I get seated and the booth seat is so old springs are sticking up and it was all lumpy. My water glass had steak sauce still crusted on the outside of the glass. The bathroom was trashed. I'm including a pick of the stall with the baby changing station that was filthy. Broken glass in the parking lot for your tires. This location is not winning any awards.

We drive all the way here past several steakhouses to get here. Definitely a favorite. Best steaks for a reasonable price!

I give no stars. Nobody likes eating with gnats landing on your food or drinks. Or swarming around your face. It isn't like it was 1 or 2. But more like 15, thats not including around your partner or other tables. Do better General Manager and District Manager.

Princess was the best waitress. Perfect on everything. Best service! Lunch was delicious.

100x better than Texas Roadhouse. They did mess up and overcook my steak until it was leather but the manager took it off my bill and got me a new one plus got me a desert!

Dana is the best! She makes you want to come back for the service that she provides. I've had other servers at this location, but Dana provides the best service.

The food was good yes but my bartender was better. Tea the bartender was absolutely amazing, she was knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. Her drinks were delicious and her service was impeccable. I’ll be returning just for her!
