Good food servers are friendly and attentive. Kitchen is slow. Took over an hour to get our food. I understand it takes a while some times but this has been the case the last 2 times I've been.

Steaks definitely were on a dirty char grill. Completely inedible for an order over 100 dollars. Meagan handle the situation for us, and replaced all of them.
Context, a local business we come in pretty often at least monthly this time was for a birthday, never had an issue prior to this usually it’s a week day when we come in, Sunday evening isn’t the best time due to short staff and rushed the few who are here.
Overall we had some issues for the first time, they were corrected quickly for us and appreciate her listening to us and fixing the issue.

Normally a good experience here. This time GNATS were flying everywhere. We didn't notice them until after our food was served.

Omg! The food was amazing! It was 4 of us. Two adults, two teens. We all got NY strips. Cooked perfectly. The sides with delicious. We got the shrimp app. We devoured it!! We also loved the bread. The server was perfect. She checked on us enough times. Cleared dirty dishes promptly. Waters never went empty.
I gave a 4 star for atmosphere because the restaurant is tight. But it’s a small space so I understand trying to squeeze as many tables as you can. Welp.
