Our steaks came out hot and perfectly charred, with exceptional flavor and juiciness. Both diners had New York strip steaks. Both steaks were perfectly cooked and succulent. Sides were plentiful. The sweet tea had a fresh-brewed flavor, sweet but not overwhelmingly so.

This place sucks. I had a girl answer the phone so i could he placed on the waitlist. She told me i needed to be sent to the front to do so, so she transferred me there where i was greeted by a young foreign boy. he put me on hold after i requested to join the waitlist. i then proceeded to be on the waitlist for 26 minutes. i went inside when i arrived. showed i was still in the phone and was told my half hour wait no longer existed it has now turned into an hour and a half wait. they played dumb as if they were unaware i was on the phone with them. a manager then approached me and asked what the problem was. i proceeded to tell her all that developed. she told me she sadly could not seat me and my party for an hour and a half. and i proceeded to let her know this was bs and that the people who walked in while i was on hold should have been the ones waiting. she then asked me to leave the restaurant… do not waste your time here.

For the $$$ I thought the atmosphere would be better, I saw my Server twice during my meal and he did not bring our dinner we were served by the buspeople with the food hanging off the plates ughhhh.

I love coming to this Longhorn. Never a wait. Staff funny and nice. Food is always amazing. The stuffed mushrooms and fire shrimp apps! Yaaassss. Add the sweet chili sauce with the fire shrimp. You'll love it!

1.31.25 @ 7pm just experienced the worst service ever at this location. Party of two; had to wave down other waiters to get refills, our own waitress never checked on us. Had to ask the host for Togo boxes in which he never returned with. I ordered loaded mashed potatoes and received plain potatoes w butter. When I spoke up I was brought side cup w barely any sour cream, chives, bacon and it was filled with butter. So the excessive butter ruined those. My friend ordered the ribeye and that was by no means a ribeye. Looked more like a piece of sirloin. I am so disappointed in tonight’s experience. I love longhorn and typically go to the Southport location where it is nothing less than exceptional everytime. This was such a waste of money.

I'm not one to do online reviews so since I'm here they are 100% worth my time! We went in this evening for dinner at the East Washington location next to Washington Square Mall and the experience we had was literally the best within the last 5 years honestly! Our server, Anthony S is a natural born host with the most charming personality I've had the pleasure of engaging with in a very long time. He was very polite and well spoken and was extremely attentive to everyone's needs. We didn't have to ask for anything at all and the dinner was fantastic! Most steaks I've had are pretty poor quality and not very well tasting but theirs was phenomenal! You MUST go in and enjoy this for yourself and ask to be seated in ANTHONY S's section for what will very likely be the best dining experience of your life!!!

Called in to get on the waitlist/reservation for a larger party for a birthday and they said okay and took our name and phone number down. Then got to the restaurant and they turned us away because supposedly now they can’t take us and don’t have enough people. Called 30 minutes prior to showing up.

Extremely unprofessional and don’t seem to want to work.

Is my 59th birthday. And I had the worst experience of going out to eat and I eat out very often. I would think coming to a place like Longhorn would I would get decent service. I didn’t get any service waitress never came back to check on us at all food that came out was not properly cooked. It was cold. Very very dissatisfied with this established on E. Washington St. I am very very displeased and I’ll never come here again to eat. I’ve been to other Longhorns in the city, other states and never receive this kind of service they look like to me that the staff was very short and I can get that and I was very patient but come on now we’re spending over 1560 $. We should get better service. I don’t recommend this location to anyone that wants Longhorn.
