What a cool place I can't say enough about how nice the staff was.

I thought this was a Laundromat, I get here and it's a bar with a bunch of deaf people

Is there a better bar in the neighborhood? Nah.

I won't lie, I've never had a place allow my dog to be treated as much of a princess as what she is here. I originally set up an appointment and party to have my dog for her temp birthday to be done here. And oh my goodness, I've never seen so many of the regulars and the bar staff treat her like a little princess as she is. The drinks are fantastic. The beers are phenomenal, but also the staff is fantastic on working around dietary limitations like gluten intolerance. I have slowly become gluten intolerant, and the staff has been fantastic about making sure that their menus are safe. For those that have these allergies. What a fantastic crew, thank you for allowing me and my own to come in here and treating us like royalty! Thank you so much!

First time, date night with wifey who loves pinball and old-school videogames. We had cocktails and beer and the frites. Great vibe, friendly crowd. We had no laundry, but enjoyed watching others clothes goin' round-n-round.

Fun little bar with a laundromat inside. Decent cocktails with house made liquors, and black circle beers on tap. We also tried the fried donuts which were delicious as a late night snack!

A friendly little local bar with a laundromat inside! The decor and murals are awesome in their nerdiness (which I love!) Good beer brewed at Black Circle Brewery, their sister location. Tons of pinball machines to play!!!! Staff is fantastic and friendly! Menu is small but delicious!

Been to loom 4 times before writing this review and everytime time is better than the last. We always come on sunday and always do laundry. The bartender on sunday is always so cheerful and kind. The drinks are great, but even better is their food! Their quesadillas are AMAZING. Fried are a must with the Carolina gold sauce. And theres always good music and scary movies playing on the tv. Washing machines never miss although its slightly more expensive than typical places. But regular places dont serve beer with their laundry! They have pinball and plenty of games if tv or talking isnt youre thing. All in all id recommend to anyone who needs to do a couple loads to come to loom, or if you just want a quick drink

Drinks were good and the idea of laundry and bar is great. The service was awful!! As soon as we walked in, the guy bartender was not pleasant, rude, rushing us and even discouraging us from ordering. He was cold and unwelcoming and very vocal. When we asked about food, he told us, "we have a small kitchen and it would take a long time to order food." Then he named multiple places we could go for food. Since we were doing laundry, we went to a place he suggested and grabbed food and brought it back to eat. The female bartender unnecessarily raised here voice said, "You cannot bring outside food inside." So we took the food out then she came out and said, "I Know you're not eating outside on my patio now." I understand the policies that might be in place, although they weren't posted. But considering we washed over 8 loads, easily spent over $200 in drinks, tipped well and were never unpleasant; I'm failing to understand how being rude and having unpleasant behavior is acceptable. When we arrived the first bartender had told us to try another laundry spot that had more washers and a bar next door. I suggest doing that and not dealing with people that don't know how to be pleasant.
