I heard that they stop the karaoke? That was very fun, big mistake, stopping it. Travis is the one who ran it. He brought in a nice crowd. Loved the Saturday night karaoke. Sorry to see it, go, hope it comes back with Travis. He's very good at it.

The wait staff was way above average, atmosphere very dated, the food selection was massive!!! I ordered the "spinach" potato skins...I put it that way because the spinach seemed more like collard greens (thick and a little tough) and the potato seemed like it had been reheated many time...but the staff was so friendly and attentive!!! I will definitely go back to try more items.

I went for the endless breakfast that they offer on Saturday and Sunday everything is ordered and made as you order it but you can get as much as you want. The food was very good! Now I want to return and try other items they offer on the menu. The host was super friendly, my server Caroline was also super friendly and did a great job, what also impressed me was that the owner even helps deliver drinks, food, and checks on people I loved that!

Food was ok, server was ok, the interior could really use a facelift, surfaces felt sticky and dirty.
Your website shows Monday as euchre night, it also shows you CLOSED on Monday. I'm confused. Someone should update your webpage.

Food was mediocre at best. My husband and I both burgers well done. They came out medium, although we just ate it and didn’t say anything. My 6 yr old got chicken tenders that looked decent. When we got our bill we were charged for an adult chicken tenders, an order of fries, my kiddos soft drink was charged as an adult, and they charged us more for the side salad than what the menu stated. The server informed us kids meals don’t come with a drink (ok that’s understood). They end up crediting us $5.00 for the difference between kid and adult meal, they took off the fry we didn’t order, but stated the salad was correct. We showed the manager the correct price and they finally end up fixing it.

Hopefully you don’t mind the smell of smoke/musty/old because the restaurant isn’t the most pleasant smelling.

My kids wanted to meet for dinner so that I could visit them and the grandkids. Because we have eaten here several times and the food was good and the staff was great, they chose Lord Ashley's.
The wait staff was slow and blah.
The Nacho cheese and chips appetizer were a 3 out of 10. The chips had a cheese mix melted on top and the nacho cheese was in a cup and cold. $11.99
Our orders were placed and 2 of them came out to us incorrect. I asked for a breaded tenderloin and received a grilled tenderloin. My daughter ordered Cajun Shrimp Penne without mushrooms but was given Cajun Salmon Shrimp. When she told the waitress that she didn't order the salmon, the waitress wanted to argue.
My son and son-in-law both ordered burgers. The burgers were entered to be cooked as medium well, but they were not asked how they wanted them cooked. Both burgers came out over cooked and dry.
As for the cleanliness, the carpet in the restaurant is filthily at best and should be removed. The chairs are sticky and need a good wash. The rest rooms need to be updated to be considered clean.
Total cost of our visit was $131.28 plus tip. We were very disappointed and may not be back.

New or old help has nothing to do with the number of guests and paying attention to the customers giving their orders. No questions were asked about the menu outside of what the boys wanted on their burgers. When they got a blank look from the waitress, I answered their questions for her.
As for the food quality, from what we were told, you only had the one cook in the back doing everything. I would think that someone would be helping this person make sure that everything going out of the kitchen is checked.
Cleaning should be a daily task. Your carpet doesn't appear to have been cleaned for months. If it has, maybe time to remove it and put in solid surface flooring so that it can be cleaned and sanitized daily.
I feel that your response is nothing short of excuses with barley a resolution. The last 2 times that I stopped in, the staff was rude, and the quality of food had declined. I was hoping that this was corrected.
I shouldn't have to contact management / owners to let them know about how their restaurant is treating their customers. They should be on site observing and interacting with the customers.

Despite the kitchen issue they were having the day we went food was delicious and they were inviting. They knew we drove ways down and still let us in despite closing to do a needed repair
