Had it last night for the first time. Definitely the best deep dish I’ve ever had. Fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared, and amazing service. Breaks my heart to hear they’re closing today. Thanks Lou’s, you will be missed

Bummed to be losing all the Lou’s locations in Indy. It was so nice not having to drive to Chicago to get my favorite deep dish! Dined in and ordered for takeaway too many times to count.

We’ve been to one in downtown Chicago. When we found out that we could travel to one in Indiana, we had to check it out! It was definitely worth the drive and tasted just as good as the one in Chicago! We will definitely be going back in the near future!

The first time we've ever eaten there was last night and it's was AMAZING!!! Both the hostess and waitress went above and beyond taking care of us. The food was so delicious, we had no room left for dessert, but we will definitely be back, and to this location for sure. I don't think we've been in a restaurant that's been this clean in a very long time. You can tell the staff cares.

The food was good. It really was. Expect a wait for a deep dish. There was an issue in the kitchen and it took almost 2 hours. But we were gifted free food. The staff was nice and apologetic. I can't take it out on the front of the house because the back messed up.

Worst pizza I've ever had.

Tried the Lou Malnati GF deep dish with added basil.

The crust was bland, the cheese was too chewy, and the worst part in terms of quality was the extreme physical difficulty of eating the already unpleasant crust because it was so hard-- just flavorless and hard. So hard I could barely bite it.

Spent $34 including tip for the worst pizza of my life. Added Basil for extra $ and couldn't taste the basil.

I regret that I wasted 3 hours of my life earning the money I spent on this pizza.
