We got to Luciana’s around 8 PM, and the place was pretty quiet, which honestly made me lower my expectations a bit. But wow, the food completely surprised me! We ordered the Natalia's enchiladas and the big quesadilla, and both were fantastic. Plus, the portions were huge—you definitely get a lot of food for what you pay. The service was friendly and on point too. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

Went for a birthday dinner with 11 people. Staff was wonderful. Our waitress was great. Food came out hot and together. Everything was great.

We just moved to the area from Westfield and this place absolutely exceeded our expectations compared to what we had previously become accustomed regarding Mexican restaurants. Enchiladas and carnitas tacos were a delight! Even the chips and salsa separate themselves from the usual. Surprise favorite was the refried beans (as a side and an enchilada filling) - soooo good! We are definitely adding this to our regular rotation.

This place is horrable. Everything was pre made, not fresh. Will not eat there again.

Got the fried chimichanga. It was HUGE! Had a side of refritos and lettuce and sour cream and tomato. Our server was pretty good, but I didn't catch his name.

The chips were stale and soaked in oil - they also had dried refried beans on them... not sure who's leftovers we received. Our waitress per the receipt was Maria. Not sure if that's who she was because we had totally inconvenienced her by coming to this restaurant for lunch. She unwillingly replaced the chip basket with a brand new bag of some other type of tortilla chip. The floor was covered in some nasty, greasy, slick slime. No we weren't eating in the back, this was the floor under our table.. mop much? The "Arroz con Pollo" was disgusting. Hard to mess that up, I know, but the rice was mushy, the chicken was seasoned a pinkish-reddish color and I paid $2.00 for queso on the rice. There's a plethora of amazing Mexican restaurants that I would gladly spend my money at, so I will not be back to this one.

Theeeee worst service EVER. We arrived WITH A RESERVATION for 15 people for my niece's 18th birthday at 4:45. DIDN'T GET SEATED UNTIL 5:15!!! After being seated and asking various employees for a menu, we FINALLY got a waitress and chips and salsa at 6:00. We ate on the chips and water as we watched other diners come in get seated and eat. The waitress we FINALLY got was VERY UNPREPARED and 2 of our guests never got their food. Those of us who did get our food and drinks finally got it around 7:00-7:30. Another table had a birthday and the staff sung to them. I asked for the birthday song upon arrival and NEVER GOT IT. WE had to sing happy Birthday ourselves. I asked several times to speak to a manager and nobody knew who that was. I am determined to get a refund and I will NEVER GO TO LUCINA'S AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SPEND MONEY THERE.
