Luciana's Mexican Restaurant #6

I ordered the lunch special #7, including a pablano relleno, bean tostada and rice. All were excellent, served hot, and proceeded by wonderful thin crispy tortilla chips and tasty salsa. Portions were generous enough to fill me and a to-go-home box, and the server included a to-go drink!

I’ll definitely be back with family!

We came here because of poor customer servicer at a different restaurant. Im glad we chose this place. Great food and customer service and comfortable seating.

We ordered for pickup. Of course you have your account for that when assessing the quality of the food, but the food was subpar and took an hour to be ready. There were no customers in the restaurant, so I’m not sure what caused the delay. Upon arriving home, I found that a $10 item was missing. I called within their operating hours but no one answered. The next day I called again, but the only options for a refund were very inconvenient. We hadn’t heard anything positive about this chain and unfortunately we won’t have anything positive to say if anyone asks us either. We won’t be back.

Went for lunch and got the lunch chimichanga and it was AMAZING! Super cheap too, I think my bill came out to be $9.50, highly recommend

This is strictly a review on service. My partner and I went in and we weren’t greeted at all. The lady up front just stared at us until we asked if we could dine in. Her response time was extremely lagged which leads me to believe she had to be stoned out of her mind. She doesn’t say anything at all during this whole thing. she just grabbed the menus and led us to a dirty table. my partner and i waited about 5 minutes for a waiter or waitress that never came but there was 4 workers standing around doing nothing. we eventually decided to leave because of how unwelcoming the environment and staff was. very disappointing

We love this place. The service is excellent; everyone is so friendly, food is delicious and plentiful! This is our new go-to for Mexican food!
