Wow!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Easy online booking, with a follow-up call from the very friendly and knowledgeable party coordinator. Friday night party, met her at special event table as specified. We were early, but she got the kids going with bowling and drinks, introduced us to Shawn, who was overseeing our food buffet. Hot and tasty fries, sliders, chicken nuggets, and donut holes with choc. and caramel sauce- yummy! The food was served quickly and always with a smile. The entire time we were there, all staff were smiling and accommodating- such a great, fun experience! We paid extra for sundaes - SO worth it!!! Kudos to staff and management for doing their jobs so well. We'll be back!

Was really disappointed with Maine event yesterday. I realise it was a Sunday and I was fine with waiting , but you shouldn't make anyone pay a head when you have an hour plus wait. Also I asked the guy if I could put my number in somehow so I could go grab a bite to eat up the road and he said we could do that . Then he proceeded to hand me a buzzer and say that I couldn't leave. Luckily, I hadn't paid yet so I just said forget it. I shouldn't have to pay a head to reserve a lane when you honestly have no idea how long it could be. They should try to get some kind of reservation service set up where hot can put your information in and receive a text or call. The prices are also ridiculous. $36/hr plus shoes is way too high. I love bowling but the prices are just getting too high to go much anymore. I would rather go support a smaller local bowling alley. Also when did the bowling get removed from the $7 unlimited play? I used to there in San Antonio when I lived there and it was included.

Our host, Elijah was absolutely amazing! He was very polite, attentive, quick, friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely efficient and did everything with a smile! All of the parents at the party commented on how impressed they were with him and how polite that he was. He definitely made my son's birthday party flow flawlessly and a memorable experience. We would definitely have another party at Main Event because of him! Elijah is an asset to this location and we will most definitely request him for our next party. Thank you so much, Elijah! Jackson had an amazing 10th birthday because of you! All of the kids had an amazing time with bowling, laser tag and the arcade!

This place is amazing. The good was delicious. If you are having a party or event (any size), you need to book it here. This facility pays close attention from the CLEAN bathrooms to the incredible food. Everything in this facility look new!

The night it self was great we already had a loaded card with credits to play. And was able to play pool and Lazer tag. The reason I'm giving this a two star review is because the area where you play pool was filthy. I understand it was 10 or 11 at night but there 4 tables that hadn't been busted and part of the bar that needed cleaning. I took it upon my self to start cleaning so my group and i could have somewhere to sit.

Never again. Had to wait for forever for our food. Food came before the drinks. Food was cold. No silverware. Staff seemed like they didn't care at all.

Don't eat at the restaurant the service is terrible. Took 25 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered them and over a hour to get our food. All the servers were standing around talking. Will never go there again. We enjoyed the bowling and arcade.

Went last weekend with my family. We had a great time. Hubs played laser tag with our oldest while I played video games with our youngest. Food was excellent, service was a little slow because our ordering device was for a completely different table BUT the staff worked around the issue and we were satisfied with our overall experience. We will be going back today.

We rented one of the party rooms for an hour. Our contract stated we needed to order a certain amount of food ahead of time which we did a month prior to the event. A week before, we were called and confirmed the order. 45 min into the room rental, our food hadn't arrived and we had to be out of the room in 15 min. Finally, someone came in and told us the food was on its way and that we didn't need to rush to exit the room, but the next group had arrived who rented the room after us and had to wait outside of the room while we were waiting for our food to arrive. Finally, the food came but we were missing a few items we ordered. We felt rushed to eat it and get out. We boxed everything up and had to take it all to tables at the bowling alley. The manager tried to make up for it by giving the kids free game play. It was poorly planned out on Main Event's end. I would not recommending booking an event here, I definitely won't in the future.

Definitely had fun at this spot. That laser tag definitely made this better than D&B's. One of many spots I will have to hit up when I visit the Nap again.

Fun way to spend some time with family and friends. There's something for everyone. Kids and teens can keep themselves occupied and adults can relax and enjoy some time with other adults.

My son got the High Score on basketball! My 3 year old daughter had a blast bowling because they had metal ramps you could use that assist handicapped or small children! Laser tag was fun but there were too many people in too small of an area and the instructions (like how to hold the gun while you're shooting someone to get points or where you need to aim on the vest) was not explained very well beforehand. Overall a Great Experience!

My family and I had a great time over there. Playing laser tag was fun too. They have good variety of food and drinks. You should try their Ice cream
