Wow!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Easy online booking, with a follow-up call from the very friendly and knowledgeable party coordinator. Friday night party, met her at special event table as specified. We were early, but she got the kids going with bowling and drinks, introduced us to Shawn, who was overseeing our food buffet. Hot and tasty fries, sliders, chicken nuggets, and donut holes with choc. and caramel sauce- yummy! The food was served quickly and always with a smile....

Was really disappointed with Maine event yesterday. I realise it was a Sunday and I was fine with waiting , but you shouldn't make anyone pay a head when you have an hour plus wait. Also I asked the guy if I could put my number in somehow so I could go grab a bite to eat up the road and he said we could do that . Then he proceeded to hand me a buzzer and say that I couldn't leave. Luckily, I hadn't paid yet so I just said forget it. I shouldn't have to pay...

Our host, Elijah was absolutely amazing! He was very polite, attentive, quick, friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely efficient and did everything with a smile! All of the parents at the party commented on how impressed they were with him and how polite that he was. He definitely made my son's birthday party flow flawlessly and a memorable experience. We would definitely have another party at Main Event because of him! Elijah is an asset...
