Marco's Pizza in Indianapolis

“I would post a photo but I was so hungry and did eat half the pizza because my uber eats driver delivered my food to someone else and I had to order a wonderful pizza delivery here. Very respectful business and understanding because they delivered good food to a semi truck because a driver needed food. Other businesses could learn more from these people.“

“Submitted an online order for pick up at this location. Gave them an hour or so since I ordered on a weekend night and know this location particularly stays busy. A cancellation email was sent out to me with explanation of being out/delay on a certain topping I had chosen and refunded. I did not see the notification for this email nor open the email(my own fault), but it was sent. So, I showed up at closing time and my order was not found nor ready after being helped quickly upcoming arriving.

I showed my order confirmation email and they had shown me a cancellation email was sent which only then did I see, yes they send one. So, being that was my fault. I told them it was okay and no big deal. As I was leaving in my car, their employees who had helped me. Had stopped me and asked me to come back so I did because of my patience and waiting. They had offered to generously make me an XL pizza free quickly and would even bring it out to my card. They got it done very quickly and threw in a family size soda as well. The staff was very apologetic as well even though it was my own fault. Very friendly service always at this location and delicious, good priced pizza always!“
