I have been coming to the Marco's on 71st and Georgetown for almost 4 years now, and have seen the management change twice over the course of my time in New Augusta. The manager that was there when I initially moved in was very bossy and surly, and due to this, I didn't give the restaurant a chance until November of 2020.The new management at that time consisted of a family: Rajeev (Raj) Rehal, Sadhna (Sandy) Rehal, and Sahil, who didn't share their last name. Raj was very kind and reasonable with me, and the pizza was top quality. Sahil, although a huge teaser, was also very fun to be around from time to time.Early this year, the management changed for the second time, although not for the worse. In fact, one of the co-owners, Tahir, was also very kind and understanding, and very easy to get along with. Raj and his wife retired because they got enough money together to live off of for the next 40 to 50 years by investing 75% of their earnings (carefully) into Bitcoin, and once the value shot up dramatically, they decided to retire. Sahil left once they announced their retirement, and I know where he now works.The atmosphere is very peaceful at most times, as they are only very busy on specific days of the week most of the time, and although one of their employees speaks limited English and partial understanding of American accents, he is also very friendly and outgoing. Overall, this is the second-best establishment I have ever eaten at, only behind The Journey/Odyssey in quality of food and atmosphere.I love coming back to this Marco's again and again, and although I am moving away in the near future, this place will always have a very special place in my heart.

I recently visited Marco’s Pizza and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their pizzas. Not only were the toppings fresh and flavorful, but the crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like it. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends and family. The staff, especially Siva, was also incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch. I highly recommend Marco’s Pizza to anyone craving delicious pizza and excellent service!

Ordered a LG. Sausage & Pepperoni sat down with our family and waited for the pizza. During we forgot to get a pop. So went up there and asked for a pop. The guy didn't understand us and went to go get someone who spoke English. (Said screw it walked across to the marathon and grabbed one) ANYWAYS.. THEN They called our name and had us come up and get the pizza.. have been to other Marco's and they always brought it out to you. No plates or anything were offered, we also had to ask for that and some dipping sauces (due to the fact not even the cheesy bread with any).Oh on top of that. While Here... they messed up someone else's order.. so yea.DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!Wish I could give No stars. We just wanted Marcos and this was the closest place near where we were visiting.

New in town decided to order pizza for my grandkids since it was close in my area. First time trying and it will be my last time. I ordered online curbside pick up but still had to go inside because no one ever came out.They act like they didn't know what I ordered had to repeat my order again. The pizza barely had toppings and cheese sticks were hard and dry. Wasn't worth my $ or time.

Never going back again. Spent 28bucks ,it was done very fast.It was mostly bread and a little sauce. Hardly any ingredients.I opened the box and I knew it was missing most of the ingredients. Some of the bites i took had no ingredients at all. Pendleton pike Marcos was never like this.Im
