Old local beer bar open Wednesday to Saturday. Used to be hopping when the blue collar jobs were making the money in the area. Now it's a cool little beer joint in the neighborhood where everybody knows everybody.

I grew up close to Haywood Tavern and we could go there and knock out n the door and buy a coke or Pepsi, we who grew up there rode our bikes there. Great job staying going for so long

It's quaint, charming, and quiet, with a couple of dart boards and classic rock on the decent sound system as the only entertainment. Probably a great place to have a quiet beer or wine with a friend....
