Have always loved this place, but the most recent thing they did may end me coming to any of their locations. They are doing away with table side ordering. There are enough people in this world that prefer to minimize interactions with other people and being able to order in the app and have your food delivered is a great way to minimize that. I for one like to come order, eat and not interact anyone outside of my party. Doing away with this is stupid and a disservice. The service and food was good as usual, so can't knock down the star ratings, just very displeased with the decision to do away with this convenience.

I went on my lunch to get salad I received the wrong order which I realized after two hours I called the manager And they delivered me the fresh salad and complimentary dessert at my work place I did not have cash at the time to tip to the guy who delivered . But I want to thank you for the exceptional service .Sean thanks

My broccoli and cheddar soup was delicious. I’m super bummed that I didn’t receive my ranch dressing for my salad. Other than having to eat a dry salad, the service was fast and friendly.

Enjoyed a great meal. They bring your order to your table. You won't leave hungry. Huge baked potatoes. They even exchanged my wife's salad when it came to our table with items she didn't order. We will dine there again. Great food.
I ordered my food from the app today. I usually have good service. Today however I did not after paying almost $29 just for my one order I added bacon to my salad and I guess that meant not to put the chicken that was suppose to come on the salad on there. When I called to speak to someone about it, they asked me if it was anything I wanted them to do about it. I paused, he then continued and said I mean I can let them know. The right thing to do would have been to right the wrong that simple. I was a restaurant manager for more than a decade and currently I still work in customer service. I did not want my entire order replaced because I understand the business. I know how people try to get over, food cost, etc. My food did not taste how I would have liked without the chicken on my salad that is clear as day on the picture as advertised. He could have offered to replace my salad at least at a later date, He could have offered a coupon, a free beverage for my inconvenience however he made it seem as though it was nothing he could do but notify the person that made the mistake. I put that in my notes and moving forward I will think twice about rather I should eat at McCalister’s.

The blond with the ghetto tattoos and glasses is always extremely rude when we come to eat here why is she working in the public treating customers like that she needs a new job don't treat your business rudely when we're the reason you have a job I spend alot of money eating here every week will go to the plainfield location from here on out.

Service to order was super slow. We placed a to go order and the order was not correct. I ordered a salad and there was no fork provided. We were in town for a Fever game so we won’t be back but if we lived here we would not come here again.

Sandwich was OK, had a Reuben. Lots of meat, yummy buttery grilled bread, but almost no sour kraut or dressing. Could have used a lot more of both. Had the cucumber tomato salad as my side, not too bad. Would have been better if the cucumbers were skinless and if sweet onions were used instead of red onions. It will be awhile before I order again.
