ToGo order was someone else's with their name squarely on the inner package and a different one (mine) on the outer package. Mistakes happen - how do they handle it. When I returned an hour later to repick up the food the incorrect package was once again sitting in the Togo pickup I assume for over an hour. I called the manager who had not been informed of the issue. After asking multiple times who my wife had been speaking too a young man spoke up. I asked him what discount he had given he said he would take care of it. Which means none until asked. I mentioned the gravity of how wrong they were with the order they should have delivered the item. He said they had no delivery service. I told him they could use the same third party they use to increase their sales. So how did they handle their mistake? Not at all. This place should not even be considered a restaurant in my opinion.

Ordered 1/2 a Reuben and chili. No Swiss cheese on the Reuben, no sauerkraut on the Reuben and it had a spicy yellow mustard on it instead of thousand island dressing. No crackers for the chili. Next time I am in the mood for a Reuben I will go to a different McCallister's. The other McCallister's I've been to know how to make a Reuben and have crackers available for soup.

First time visiting a McAlister's. Wonderful customer service, plenty of menu options to choose from, and the food comes out fast and fresh. Highly recommend the BBQ Pork Melt, though the Cuban footlong my friend ordered looked and smelled amazing as well. Perfect type of spot to drop in for lunch or dinner!

I've been to this McCalister's location twice. This will be the last time I will eat this location. The first time we were overcharged, today I asked for half a Reuben and a cup of regular chili. I received vegetable only chili and a poorly made Reuben. There was no Swiss cheese on the Reuben, no Thousand Island Dressing and such a tiny amount of Sauerkraut about the size of a dime on it. Both the Reuben and the chili were cold. There were no crackers for the soup. I always get a Reuben and regular chili (no vegetable chili) at other McCalister's locations that is really good.

The employee that took my order was very friendly and welcoming. It is when my order arrived that things took a turn. I made the employee aware that I asked for extra cheese and paid for extra cheese. We both agreed it did not look to have said extra cheese. She said she would have it remade. It was brought back to me, before being remade. She told me that the employee that made my sandwich said it had extra cheese on it. She then offered to bring me slices of cheese for me to apply it myself. I asked just to have the sandwich remade. The sandwich that was brought out to me, did not have extra cheese on it. At this point I dealt with it and ate the sandwich. I did not have the time to continue this. I paid for extra cheese, yet did not receive what I paid for.
We had a snafu with DoorDash and the manager on duty, remade the order for us so it was fresh. This is excellent customer service. Thank you!

First time there. Waitress was really helpful and made sure my order was correct. Food was delicious 😋. A little pricey but worth it. Got their signature sandwich and a chicken salad. $28 total but asked for extra cheese in the salad and extra dressing. Definitely, well stop by my next trip through the area
