I was very disappointed with their baked potato. No larger than a Wendy's baked potato. For the money, I am choosing Wendy's (although not the best either). What ever happened to those ginormous baked potatoes truly loaded?

McAlister's reminds me of a pre civil-rights era food kitchen circa maybe 1957. Just: wow!! ?
Food is normally spot on 95% of the time but the service lacks remarkably. Which.... makes the rest of the experience pretty upsetting.

The pecan berry salad was outstanding but the spud potato I got I wouldn't order again. I forgot what it's called but it had the angus meat and onions and cheese.

The soups are a little weird the chili tasted like coney sauce the chicken and dumplings was made weird and the price of things are way high other then that fantastic
