When someone order online for a chipotle chicken potato I do want this Chicken. Everytime this happens

What even is this? You got two grown men standing at the counter, maybe spend more than 10 seconds putting some care into 12 dollar nachos. This is pathetic.

Edit: what input could you possibly need? Look at this disaster. I don't want to think about your restaurant ever again.

We go there about twice a month. There has never been any bad food. We highly recommend. The salads are fresh, the sandwiches are so yummy, and the soup is delicious. It is one of our favorite places to go

Food took an unusually long time, they may have been understaffed. Food was cold, cheese seemed like imitation. Pretzel dogs came out gray and shriveled. My son wouldn't touch them

Went to get my favorite broccoli cheese soup and sweet tea, to go, around 1:30ish on a Friday. Restaurant had plenty of clean seating available. Time between ordering and receiving my soup was very good. Staff were pleasant. Enough parking for this visit, probably not so much during busier hours.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious! We hardly waited maybe less than 5 minutes. The broccoli and the tortilla soups are my family's favorite! Place was clean and all the employees were super nice and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Although it was busy for lunch, the servers were a tad distracted. They could have told me that they didn't have Bleu Cheese dressing and when I went back to get what I needed there was a slight attitude. But overall it was pleasant.

Stopped for dinner while traveling and placed an order to go. Had to repeat my order 3 times to the cashier because she wasn't paying attention and keep turning to talk to another employee. We waited patiently for 25 min to get our order only for it to be completely wrong. Ordered a half reuban and potato soup. I received broccoli soup, and the reuban didn't have cheese or sauerkraut. Order a new Yorker on white bread, and it had no cheese, no sauerkraut, no pastrami and it was on rye bread. Seriously 25 min and they screwed up everything. Didn't notice until we got back on the road. Should have go to subway, at least we can watch them make the sandwiches and know its correct. Complete waste of money.

Always clean. Alot of different choices. Everything I ever had was very tasty and good. In fact they took the spuda Ole off the menu but they made it for me anyway. It is a baked potato smothered in chilli.

Menus do not match. Spinach salad is on the menu available in line, but clerk says it's not on the menu.

Have some VIP catering cards and they were accepted one day without a problem and two days later a different guy denies it. Kind of annoying and bad service.
