Person taking orders was rude. Tiny portions, barely anything on the sandwiches but lettuce and bread, watered down soup. My entire family left hungry, that includes children.

I stopped here on my way back to Indy from visiting beautiful Saugatuck, Michigan, and we stayed at Saugatuck Cottage Suites. Saugatuck Cottage Suites was so cute, beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Just had to share.

Had an order placed for pickup. Waited well over the pickup time for anyone to even offer to hand me my food while countless door dash drivers use google translate to try and get their orders which aren’t in the pickup spot. Finally after waiting for an employee to give me my food. They only gave me one of the sandwiches instead of both. There were two other ACTUAL customers waiting to pick their food up for lunch, and instead of asking them the name for their order they are being bossed around by door dash drivers. Prioritize customers who you want to come back and make sure they have all their food. Not rude people talking on the phone barking the same name over and over.

Had not been here for awhile and was looking forward to their good food. Wow, what a surprise - ordered the 2 for $10.79 - potato soup was watered down and no cheese at all. I wish I would have taken a video of it pouring out of my spoon. I asked the kind server if they now only put one slice of turkey on the Fresh Garden Turkey - to my surprise he said yes (it wasn't even folded over). I told him certainly not his fault but there won't be a next time at this location.

We visited this McAlister's Deli and were very impressed. The food was delicious with generous portions and each employee took the time to answer questions and make sure our visit was pleasant. Thank you general manager Mike Earnest who personally made sure the music volume was low enough for a good conversation. Thank you, and we hope to return!

Ordered thru Uber Eats (so you know it's already expensive). Order was missing the $2.00 cookie purchased. Went to the restaurant to get it, the server wanted to argue that I got the child cookie with the child salad. Yes. Yes I did. That was the free cookie in the bag. The cookie in question is the lemon cookie I paid extra for that was not included in the bag. I got the cookie. I asked for a cup to get a drink for my inconvenience to come up there. I got a cup but the restaurant was out of ice and all size cup lids. Seems like they just need to close for the day and regroup. Maybe the person can put checkmarks and sign their initials to the order when prepared/completed for accountability. Every item paid for that is not received is scamming the customer and the business gets free money. Not cool.
