Very good my first time there was a day ago had their turkey crunch sandwich and it was delicious will be coming back, and will bring my girlfriend to try it out

Over heard one of the boys threatening to punch a co-worker in the stomach. I think they should go over harassment policy's, or at least watch what they say when customer's are still around. Even if it is all jokes. I went on 4/13/24.

The best I can say for the service is that noone was aggressively unpleasant. You feel like you need to apologize for the inconvenience to the employee after placing an order though. Sandwich was fine (the bread was lackluster and toasting cheap bread doesn't make it good bread, just cheap toast), the tea was good and the side (Mac and Cheese in this case) was warm powdery grossness.The other menu options are overpriced baked potatoes. This is value menu food that needs a value menu price. Miss me with this place from now on.

Bad service, walked in lady look at me as if I was crazy. She took my order, then muttered under her breath “hurry tf up” as if I didn’t hear it. They also made fun of my disabled nephew… don’t recommend Food was undercooked and raw.

Enjoyed the Reuben sandwich. 11/1/17 The New York Sandwich was the best but it is a little pricey.1/29/23 Finally got around to go to this place again. They have did a complete remodel of this restaurant. Looks great and very enjoyable. They have the new TV menu screens. More information in less space. I enjoyed the 'King Club' and broccoli. My Friend had the 'choose two'. A cup of soup and a Salad.

Not one of my best experiences. I ordered a pick two with a southwest salad and veggie sandwich like I do every time. Instead of getting chicken on my salad, they normally substitute it for extra avocado. The girl charged me for an extra dressing. I've never been charged before, but no big deal. I get to the car and check my food. No avocado on my salad at all. I go back in, she seems to have an attitude asking me what's the problem. I tell her and she gives me a bowl of avocado. It seem like she may have been overworked and frustrated from the beginning. I hope her day turned around.

Most of the locations I have visited, including this one, has provided excellent service and good food. Now on this particular visit, while the young lady who cleared my dishes was friendly, the young man who took my order was, well, semi disinteresed. I don't know...not sure if he was having a bad day or me personally, and he wasn't rude, but it didn't give me the feeling that I was welcomed there. Beyond that, all good as usual at this location.

Everything was great, except my granddaughters kids meal of pretzel dogs. Both the pretzel buns and hot dogs looked over microwaved and she said they didn't taste good.If we hadn't been in a hurry,I would have taken back,but she ate the good sized fruit bowl and was content with it. Wouldn't order it again.
